I'm normally from Iowa and here at University Hospital due to a medical emergency with my dad. I called from my dad's room to order there carry out special 2 mediums and I asked that my hot wings be ran twice through the oven, so I was asked to give them 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I show up to get my order and the lady at the register tells me they don't have a order for me. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IVE SPENT A TON OF MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. WELL, NOT ANYMORE. Got pizza, pizza was not cut properly so when the lid opened abruptly the entire pizza slid out fell and hit the floor. Called spoke with manager Daisy she stated " OK so what do you want us to do, we cannot do anything for you the pizza was in your possession." She was very rude and unprofessional, I still have the pizza will give it to the stray animals around here....read full review
