This store gets my order wrong every time I order. Ordered a 1/2 supreme, 1/2 Meat pizza and received a 1/2 Supreme, 1/2 pepperoni. I've worked at multiple pizza places including domino's and it's really not that hard to make a pizza.
Placed order for Delivery, stated 30 to 40 min. Called an 1hr and 15 min later and my pizzas were still sitting there. Ridiculous!

Purchased a premium pizza through the app and added extra cheese. The pizza came with possibly a very small handful on it in total and the cheese bread was dry. Very disappointed. I give 4 stars for service only, as the driver was very late for delivery (which they charge for) and the system recognized it and gave me a coupon for a free pizza. If that pizza is bad, no more Domino's.

Have to bring my 5 Star Rating down from a 5 to a 2.A Long time customer, mostly always satisfied with the food and delivery. Lately, order takers over the phone are not all there.1. After one hour waiting foralmost a $100.00 delivery order, we called to follow up; only, to find out the order was put on the side as a pick up. Not sure why, but they blamed it on the rookie. Please have an experienced Supervisor train and supervise your new personnel, too easy.2 They asked if we can pick up the order. They offered to redo the order so it would not be cold. "It will be ready for pick up in 10 minute's", they said over the phone. We picked our order up in 10 minutes and the boxes felt cold. I asked the young man at the counter the order was re-done and he replied yes. I took it home and re heated the order because we had family waiting to eat at home and we already wasted enough time on this. I been ordering Pizza from them 20 years Plus. I know what a fresh box feels like. I Can barely hold it from the heat; this order was the same order that sat there over an hour. Tell the Customers what they want to hear does not work for everyone. I understand one bad day. Talk and Train your employees to take care of us customers, thank you.

We tried the new pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread and it was so delicious with the cheese and garlic butter. Pizza came out fast and was very good as usual.

Horrible experience got there and they gave my order away then said 15 we will make a new order 10 mins later they say 20 more min 15 mins later they said 15 more minutes hell no went to cancel they said 5 mins. We will not be coming back here works dont know what good customer service is here.

We ordered delivery and waited over an hour and had to call back 4 times just to get hung up on by children who were pretending to be the manager and had no idea what was going on. They then argued with me saying I gave them the wrong address when it was on the app correctly. To top it all off they gave us attitude after us having to drive to the store because they refused to deliver us our pizza and they still didn’t have the order ready when we arrived. I don’t understand how a business can run with such incompetent and nasty children running the store front. Save your time money and frustration and never order from this specific location. It’s trash.

While I will admit Dominoes isn't my favorite pizza chain, my recent experience was pretty good. Fast, efficient , and polite staff.
No gloves. no apron. no hairnet. disgusting. Plus i found roach on floor.... Never again

We get delivery from here quite often and the wait time is not too bad! Food is also delivered as ordered and they never make a mistake even though my pizza order is no cheese! I'm vegan but my husband is not so we like getting Domino's as an easy dinner compromise. I do wish there were more vegan options available here though. Currently the only options are a thin crust pizza with robust tomato sauce. All other crusts and sauces are not vegan. It'd be nice to get some vegan cheeses and maybe some vegan meat toppings like they have in Europe! ?

I ordered online, my order took more than an hour to arrive. And my order was not complete, my pizza did not have cheese, I called the store and they made me wait, they did not solve anything for me and in the end they ended the call. Terrible service ?
