The sauce isn't great, but it was copious. It's alright for a fast food pizza, but there are better options.
The most ridiculous aspect of this restaurant is that they charge $2 to substitute a topping. We didn't want mushrooms, so I subbed garlic. At the very least, the costs of those toppings are comparable. Where was my $2 discount for removing a topping?

This location is very unprofessional and driver is extremely irresponsible when delivering food. I had the door bell rang at 1230 am because he not only delivered to the wrong house, but decided to leave the food out front. Not a good way to get woken up in the middle of the night.

Probably the most inefficient and terrible customer service I received over the phone today. I called in for a delivery and got placed on hold as soon as the call went through and I waited for 10 minutes and eventually I decided to hang up. I called a second time and the girl who took my order had a super annoyed attitude on the phone while taking the order. Then I called the third time to change the delivery to pick up and the gentleman who answered said they actually don’t deliver to the area which was fine because I was gonna pick it up anyways. I asked the gentleman for his name so I know who I’m speaking to on the phone and he just said, “to what concern?” Like sir you didn’t do anything wrong I just wanted to know your name so I know who I’m speaking to? And he still proceeded to ignore. Major red flag of the establishment. They were both incompetent at their customer service skills and shouldn’t be working there. I ended up going to another place for pizza because why deal with the incompetence.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this Domino’s. The pizza crust is often burnt, and they tend to go heavy on the sauce, which isn’t great. This seems to be a recurring issue at this location. However, I keep coming back because the prices are decent, especially if you use the coupons. It’s a bit of a trade-off, but I hope they improve the quality control soon!

Domino's is our FAVORITE!! The employees are, without fail, always friendly & accommodating. The online app is FANTASTIC- it's SO easy to use & points accumulate very quickly. The interior is always clean & there are plenty of tables. In all the years since this Domino's was established here in La Grange, we have only had them get ONE pizza wrong. They even made us a special pizza once, doing their best to create a Philly Cheesesteak for us when they had run out of...I forget which ingredient, exactly, it was, but they did an EXCEPTIONAL job!!
Vegetarian options: Just don't get meat on your pizza! There are plenty of veggies available.
Parking: The Domino's is right on the right corner of the strip mall, so there's a small row of parking in front, PLENTY of parking right around the corner, & even EV parking spaces!
Just got back from getting my pizza. I got some Parmesan bites also. Was excited to try them. I have to say I'm really disappointed. The dough has not risen so they are very flat chip like pieces of hard bread soaked in grease. I was so wanting to have some cuz the picture of them they looked good.

pizza took an hour to be delivered, was luke warm, and had no pizza sauce, which made the pizza super dry and hard to eat. never ordering from here again.

Not one single person was wearing gloves while making the pizzas. No hair nets. Hair needs to be covered when handling food. Gloves at minimum. I will not be returning. They had 10 employees here, only 3 of them were actually working the others were just standing around gossiping.
