The dominos in San Antonio literally NEVER give enough Alfredo sauce. I wish there was an option for extra sauce online because the Alfredo is so good but they never give me enough. I think this is the most egregious example I have ever seen - ordered from this dominos.
Otherwise I have no complaints about the actual service.

Our order was completely wrong and when I tried calling to get it replaced. The system kept hanging up on me. So gross we couldn’t eat it.

2 hour delivery is not okay. Food was luke warm. Spoke to employee over the phone, and they did not care at all. Unacceptable.

I kid you not, they forgot to add sauce on the pizzas. They don’t pay attention to detail and there’s no pride in their work. Never again.

Ordered 2 pizzas for carry out. Went to pick up the order. The tv in the lobb6 said it was done. I could see my order on the shelf 4 ft in front of me. The three workers including the manager refused to acknowledge me or the other customers. They waited 20+ minutes to come to the counter. I asked for a refund because I didn't want a cold pizza. I was told I would have to wait a couple of minutes. I waited 15 minutes and no one came to resolve my issue. I went home and called. They didn't answer the phone. It sent me to a corporate number. They transferred me back to the local dominoes. Waited another 20 minutes for them to pick up. Now I have to wait 5 days for my refund. I use to eat here at least once a month. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Good old reliable! The pizza and the spinach feta cheese bread sticks were made quickly and without any issues! I parked, and as I was walking up the clerk saw me and had it ready for me with great customer service.

What in the world did the driver do...I mean what in the world is this!!! ? Someone needs to be retrained...name of driver Nicholas ? I mean hopefully I wasn't the driver that did this...but this store needs to be retrained did he go fast and furious or what and took 45 minutes was he sitting outside jsut doing nothing or what????

I used to work here in 2023. Good job and all. But absolutely no federal tax was taken out of my checks apparently which means all my returns from other jobs that year go to fixing that little mistake. What's worse is I was never made aware of that and looking at my w-2 for that job, I clearly should have made more per check than I actually did. Which means someone higher up than store manager actively stole from my paychecks. And maybe other employee checks. Idk. What I do know is that Dominoes Pizza (or South Texas Pizza Inc. on the W2) has screwed me over and possibly stole from me and other employees without our knowledge.
