Domino's Pizza Reviews
Last Friday I ordered 2 lg pizzas, it took over 2 hrs. The pizza was cold and dry. But, that wasn't the worst part..what made my experience worse was when the General Manager came to the phone and only told me he could credit me a 20 oz soda for $2.29 if I went into the store and ended up picking up the pizza I ordered for delivery. What a slap in the face. Just horrible customer service. I totally understand that its super busy, a Friday, and that the game was on. I had less...read full review

Domino's Pizza has received mixed reviews. Some customers have experienced issues with the website, including problems with payment and not receiving receipts. There have also been complaints about a discrepancy in the total cost of the order. Additionally, some customers have expressed disappointment in the quality of the food, stating that it was not up to the standard they are used to from their local Domino's. However, other customers have had positive experiences, praising the staff for their friendliness and the restaurant for its cleanliness. The pizza was described as hot and tasty by one customer, although another felt that the extra cheese they ordered was not generously applied. Customers often find the food is always hot, especially since the restaurant is close by, and appreciate courteous drivers. Some mention that assembly can sometimes be a little sloppy, and toppings like Buffalo or Habanero are sometimes forgotten, but the staff usually makes up for it. Many also enjoy the thin crust, especially those who love tavern-style pizza, describing it as really good and similar to pizza from a local Chicago tavern. The handmade crust pizza with 2 toppings and garlic parmesan sauce is particularly popular, with some customers noting it as a delicious alternative to the usual marinara sauce.
