Domino's Pizza

Normally I receive my orders fresh and correct from here. Have been ordering from here for many years now . Today had to have been the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza order. First off when I arrive to pick up my order the worker tells me there is no order in my name. And tells me I must have ordered it from another location down the street. Its my first time using the app so I thought I messed up. Leave the store and head to the other location. Get there and nope no order in my name here either. Look at my email receipt and sure enough it was placed at the first location as I thought. Go back and of course they have it now. No apologies or anything Very rude Very unprofessional both the employees and manager

Highly recommend this location for professionalism and service. Had an issue with an online order, the gentleman who helped me on the phone (forgot to grab his name) was friendly and professional. Even offered to make things right and gave a discount promptly. 10/10 experience.

Pizza took 2 hours and was cold and I wouldn't complain but they didn't try to make it up or anything so here ya go :)

Quality has gone down. On both items, reductions requested were ignored. Disappointing. Also, when selected to “delivery” in their system, took a half hour more than the projected which I assume was for multiple deliveries. Terrible customer experience. Tria was awesome and why it’s a two star.

Always a great experience. I usually just pick up because it's so close to my house, but they will bring the pizza out to me so I don't have to get out of my car. It's always fresh and tastes great. They also have great promos that make it worth being a repeat and consistent customer. Thanks Domino's!

Vegetarian options: You can create your pizza with no meat on it, or they have the Pacific veggie option, as well as just cheese pizzas, or spinach and feta pizza. They also have a delicious Mediterranean sandwich that is really really good! Pasta Primavera if you want pasta, and they also offer salads and dips.

I call to try to place an order and I even went on the app as well. It was 45 minutes before they were going to close and they couldn’t make me a pizza. All because they were about to close. Yeah, dominos sucks

I ordered food at 1:19. Still says its getting prepped at 3:00. Called and asked about it they said they were working on it no other explanation. Thanks dominos!

Food was cold when it finally arrived 60 minutes late. Called to ask about delivery status and they told me 15 minutes (20 minutes past original delivery time). Order did not arrive for another 30 minutes. Supervisor was rude and dismissive when asked about status.
