Domino's Pizza

WORST customer service, phone etiquette, delivery service, and overall experience!

Placed this order online through the app. “Nick” even called to confirm my address yet no delivery was made. When contacting the store, they assured it had been delivered. The dominos tracker notified me that the driver “Nick” was arriving. I stood outside and yet no pizza. When confirming with the store, they repeatedly told me it was delivered.

I highly suggest you guys don’t put a girl who stutters every 2 seconds to answer the phone and take orders. Her attitude is horrible.
I also highly suggest that the “General Manager” Nick not call paying customers liars when he failed to deliver to the correct address (again after confirming). My neighbor 6 houses down said thanks for the free pizza.
After redelivery, this so called General Manager Nick doesn’t even have the decency to deliver the pizza himself. He sends a new employee to correct his mess up because he can’t seem to read an address correctly.
Nick the “General Manager”, YOU’RE A SOFTIE.

Wife ordered for me on app when I was in San Antonio for work and order was placed then they called me and said they couldn’t deliver to my location because it was more than 20 minutes away. Then I googled it and it was 15 minutes away never got order and they charged me for the pizza that I never received. I’ll never do business with Domino’s ever again!

Absolutely horrible I see that the record for this store is bad when it comes to the ratings for a reason this GM accused me of lying when I told him the app wasn't working amd I still wanted my points for the order amd he said it was working by God it was not working and then he hung up in me whenever i informed him the past pizza sauce was incorrect as well all I asked for was my points he refused saying I had no points bc it was smworking online that night and may e it was bc it was close to closing time amd he also refused to let me use any coupon for the order over the phone absolutely rude like I was bothering him then and now amd just dismissed me as some two bit liar when I've ordered more than plenty of times with the store as a good customer treated very ugly and did not care one bit about his mistakes amd lies only accusing me wrongly and denying any mistake on his part worst customer service I've ever had from a place complete disregard for anyone who has been treated unfairly or incorrectly by himself power of the GM has gone to his head amd now he can get away with treati g customers poor since he is the GM Noone will question him so everyone else is wrong who all say the same things ...
Disappointing dominos used to be so great my number one pick now I'm deleting the app and going to pizza hut from now on

The worst experience ever.. waited 1hr to pick up my order and when I arrived they told me it was not ready yet. And had to wait another 30min. At this point I was frustrated and canceled my order.. they need to huddle up and come out with a game plan for the love of god.. PS.. the website we’re no help.. save your self The anguish and go to a different location,

Used the App to order a delivery. Found it a bit confusing but overall the app worked not too bad. Delivery time wasn't horrible but only average. About 40 minutes. Pizza wasn't all that good. Almost cold and extremely salty. Looked like it was possibly sitting around before we ordered it. Threw about half of it away. Overall expected a better pizza for the price. We've had frozen pizzas almost a third the price tase better. Although we're in our 60's I can remember ever ordering a Domino's pizza before so can't say if this is a bad experience or bad overall company issue. Another negative against Domino's is I notice they don't respond to reviews. Sort of sends the message they don't care how their service is.

The pizza not how it looks on television. Have had New Yorker at Peter pipers and Pizza Hut. Dominos you failed. Never go there again. Even the size of pizza looked like a medium instead of large. Only one person’s opinion.

I usually never have a problem with this place but today I came in for a carryout curbside and got a very very rude and ugly disrespectful young woman I hope she doesn't stay there for long but look guys

My son loves this place.

Tiana is hot!!! She asked how I was, I held my bottle up and said great! But God she was hot!!! Send her again lol
