Domino's Pizza

Food took forever to arrive. My lava cakes had no powder sugar on them. My wings had little to no sauce on them!

Tried ordering delivery last night. 40 minutes after I placed the order they claim they were just about to call me to claim they ran out of medium sized dough??? So we asked to get a large instead. 30 minutes later we call again and they said the driver was going to take 30 more minutes to deliver the order. So we decided to go here in person to pick up the order. And wouldn't you know it, we got our medium sized pizza instead of the large. If you're going to lie to customers, at least try to make it believable.

I ordered at 4pm to be delivered at 7. At 6:38 pm a quality check was done on my order after that my order sat in the warmer or on top of the oven. I patiently waited obviously they are busy. At 7:36 I called to find out how much longer do I have to wait for an order that was called in at 4 to be delivered at 7? I was told that "they were very busy cause people aren't cooking cause the next day is Thanksgiving". Then she tells me I could come get it. I told her I can't come and get it that's the whole point of delivery. I don't own a car. No apology no attempt to make anything right. I cancelled the order. I worked in Pizza King restaurants before moving here I know how to make my own pizza. Fresh ingredients and hot from my oven everybody should do this. Why give your money to a careless and uncaring business when you can do this at your house. I pity the owner of this store. Employees that know nothing about good customer service, lack of people skills, don't know how to prioritize orders and know nothing about time management. Adios.

My handicapped mother tried ordering her emergency pizza. She could not order just that because of the delivery minimum. She added a salad. Received her food. Pizza was just "okay". Her salad was brown. She was told certain things couldn't be credited, but the whole order would have to be. Look, I work for Dominos. I get franchisees run different, but all Dominos have customer service. Your store's service SUCKS! My mother has been a Dominos customer for ages. She would prefer to order elsewhere, but again, she is handicapped. She does not drive. She cannot go pick it up. Y'all need to check your food before you send it out. Check coloring and expiration dates. What kind of grade do y'all get when OA comes through?? Seriously disappointed. DO BETTER!!

I ordered online was asked to rate my experience. When I attempted to it said to rate my experience when I received my pizza. Which I had already received my pizza 30 minutes after I attempted to rate my experience. My pizza was cold and dry, it didn't have much sauce. It reminded me of a hot n ready pizza.

This Domino's Pizza location consistently delivers the best quality! The pizzas are always fresh, perfectly cooked, and ready in a good amount of time. Every order is done right, making it my go-to spot for delicious, reliable pizza. Highly recommend!

I called around 1230. I was calling after coming home from the beach. My family was hungry. And the manager PhilipI was very helpful and kind. He gave me suggestions on a good deal for my family size. I enjoyed the call. He repeated my order and order instructions. He made sure I got what I wanted and was satisfied w my order. We are from out of town and got denied from pizza hut for delivery. So I was very happy when Philip said they would deliver at such a late hour. We are grateful for the kind and great service we received today. Thank you dominoes for having such a great manager to provide us w a great experience.

I received both my pizzas and my pasta in such a timely manner. I would give 10 stars out of 10 if I could. The pasta was great and the pizza look and taste great. The driver was kind and friendly. He had no problem finding my apartment. Called to confirm and was so nice. Thank yall again for a great experience

Can't handle running a business. Coupon for free pizza, but their only answer was for me to do it myself online. Which didn't work. Have coupons out for pizzas, but not valid yet. So I paid full price for food I had legit coupons for. Won't be back again. Fix your service!

These folks aren’t interested in doing business. Their phone lines don’t work or no one is answering them and the staff really would prefer that no one comes in to bother their serenity of a no customer environment.

I ordered a pizza through the mobile app and when I got a notification that my order was ready, I drove to the store and the lady cashier says that someone else picked it up. I showed her all the pictures of my order confirmation and yet she won’t even want to discuss it. She says she can make a new pizza for me and I will have to wait for another 15.minutes. Seriously??? Was she even serious about wasting my time and energy. With this experience, I am never going to any Dominos ever in my life. The management should look into this and if they don’t I will understand why she behaved that way. March 18, 4:00 pm.
