I tried to order online from this location, they did not prepare the order and when i called repeatedly for updates no one would answer the phones and the AI “person” on the phone just kept telling me my order was being prepared. I ended up giving up and the online tracker wouldn’t even let me make a claim because the order never left the store.

Horrible pizza. Terrible manager on shift this day. Pizza not cooked could taste the dough. Was smothered with tomatoes, not enough cheese. Wings were nasty and soggy. I do not recommend this location.

Music was so loud speakers were cracking lady's room toilet flooded so badly my wife's shoes and pants are ruined. She mentioned it to staff. They seemed dis interested so when the driver came in she mentioned it to him and as we were leaving he at least went in to look at the bathroom. We did warn the family eating there to be very careful if they use the restroom. The young guy that took our order was very pleasant and didn't seem to be enjoying the music either. I starting singing different lyrics to the songs and they turned it down before the family came in I seen them coming that's why I started singing. For what I saved on the pizza it's going to cost me 7 pizzas to replace my wife's Skechers and pants.

I wanted to try the new New York Style pizza, I ordered it last night. I wish I would have taken a pic of how terrible the pizza looked. Unevenly proportioned. It's like they did not care about their product. I'm sure not all Domino's are like this. But this one was. Hopefully they step their game up in the future.

Just got a delivery 30 minutes ago, about the worst pizza I had there, super dry, no tomato sauce, crust hard, never again!!!

Our local dominos have been an excellent choice for our eating outs. We wish that their Pan pizza was available in a large size.. That way, we can all adequately get slices. That's just how good it it is. Thr parm bites are always a solid choice.

One common issue we face is that the coupons don't work in our favor as veggie lovers. We typically get Black olives, tomatoes, jalapeños, green peppers, and onions. The coupons are typically for 2 or 3 topping pizzas max. But other than that, we appreciate our local dominos and the staff that works there.

3rd time ordering from the Dominos on 1803 Vance Jackson in the past few months and they were unable to deliver my pizza due to no driver. This time they didnt even bother calling me to tell me that. Last time they offered me the option to pick up, but refused to refund the delivery charge or tip. I like dominos, but im at the end of my rope here, and will not be ordering from y'all again. I understand things happen, but it seems to me like you dont even care. Zero customer service, zero attempt to make it right. At this point even if attempt to correct this was made, i would want another store to deliver to me as i no longer have any trust in quality or service from the Vance Jackson location. Get your house in order!
