I must say this has probably been the best Taco shop I've had in a while. I had a meeting in the area and they postponed an hour so I ended up getting breakfast. The building stood out so I pulled over and ordered two egg chorizo and bean tacos. The price was amazing. The size of the tacos were perfect.
It is a Spanish only crew and I barely speak any Spanish. I must say I felt at home and the tacos were worth the language barrier by all means. I highly recommend stopping by. I asked how long they had been open for and they said a year. Let's keep them open. San Antonio!

On a whim I stopped by Don Pedro's about a year ago. I got lucky. Very good and tasty gorditas. They're not dry and doughy like another place near where I live. Recommend them.
They made me agua de horchata even though it wasn't on the menu! I love it when I find a place with this level of service. Great food. One plate with your choice of two entries, rice and beans came out to nearly $17

Personally, I really liked the cheese with corn slices and the chicharrón pressed in flour, delicious. If you're looking for a homemade flavor, that's where you have to go.
