Absolutely amazing!! They handled our drinks and dinner of 100 guests easily, professionally, and were able to be flexible with some last minute changes. The food was great!! Highly suggest the white chicken appetizer, I think it was most popular. Brisket was cooked perfectly, and had amazing flavor. I highly recommend them if you have need for a caterer. We were able to hold our dinner within The Alamo and stay within budget.Thanks again!!
Between the food and customer service, Don Strange was one of our most favorite vendors. They were the first vendor we booked following the venue and worked with us for the full year to ensure everything was perfect. There were an unfortunate slew of issues caused by the venue and the Don Strange staff, including Di-Anna and Kathy, were open and communicative with me and worked with me while I resolved it.
