Donut Palace

Ordered two Suasage Egg and Cheese Croissants this passed Friday. The first and only one i ate was straight up cold. I ordered a second one for my coworker i was meeting with but i didn't even bother giving it to him.

This is an absolutely amazing place to get your pastry or kolaches not only is their food Superb but it cannot be outmatched by their service. Unfortunately, I did not get the lady’s name that helped me out today. But I will definitely be coming here for kolaches before work, and all my party needs for donuts and pastries!

I was looking for a donut place nearby because my 4 year old had a craving for kolaches. When we walked in the owner greeted my son with a handful of donut holes. The warm welcome immediately made me happy that we stopped by. We loved the kolaches and the donuts! We plan to keep this small business in our breakfast rotation. Thanks again for the hospitality, wonderful food, and the warm greeting. 🙏

The food is delicious, got here so quick and was warm. The kolaches are so good and filled with flavor.

Good glaze donuts Nice Real Nice

This place is DANGEROUSLY DELICIOUS. Everytime fresh donuts no matter if you get there early as soon as they open till right before they close. You can't just have One. Light and fluffy. 🥯🍩

This place exceeded my expectations. The donuts were flavorful, pillowy soft, and very cheap. The kolachis were delicious and the texture is so nice. Its so simple and the people working here are very nice :)

Donut Palace is my favorite donut place in San Antonio. The donuts are always fresh and have a nice variety. The kolaches and croissant rolls are scrumptious 😋 the workers are always prompt and friendly. We live across town from Donut Palace but don't mind the drive. It's always worth it!

Incredible! Not only were the kolache’s delicious—such soft, delicious dough (get the Boudan. It’s so good.)—but the folks who run the place are SO nice. We had two great experiences here in the same week. Love this place and definitely will go back next time we’re in town.

DO NOT STOP HERE. I encountered the worst service. Employee there spoke to me in a very condescending way, like if I were a child. I stopped to grab some kolaches and asked for a 1/2 dozen of small kolaches sausage, jalapeño, and cheese. He told me to slow down. I thought maybe I was speaking too fast, so I did slow down and repeated the order. After that, he wouldn't let me speak and repeatedly told me to slow down in a very condescending way, with no respect, and lacking an ounce of customer service. I'm not letting anyone speak to me that way, I'll go somewhere else. I've ordered from other locations and haven't had issues.
