I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and instead got a pizza with no sauce. When I called to complain I was told there was nothing they could do about it because I ordered it through a food delivery app! No refund or credit for the pizza which I paid $19 for. The woman I spoke with just casually wrote me off. What does the incorrect preparation of the food for your restaurant have to do with the appointment. The correct order was on the receipt so it was a mistake on the restaurants end. Very disappointed as I was hoping to do further business with them. I buy pizza every week and was looking for a new spot. Guess I'll keep searching.

Guys This is a great part of town for a business to make their profit to pay employees to stay in business, this quality is absolute garbage. If you donât care about your job then find another job and if you donât care about your customers, then you shouldnât be in business paying $35 for a burnt pizza plus delivery is absolutely inexcusable in an area of San Antonio where everything cost more because they assume weâre willing to pay more. I have no problem, compensating those that put an effort in, but this is an excusable and itâs happening more and more and more like we just wanna throw our money away Because some people have figured out that itâs easier To just coast instead of Delivering a quality product forget this place absolutely Disgusted
