Pizza all dough. Not sure it was cooked thoroughly. Waited a while for pick up. Absolutely unimpressive. Pizza Hut here I come next Friday!

Tried the lunch deal and was not disappointed ordered via the app and pick up was easy. Food took 2min apon arrival to get boxed up, and it was delicious Pepperoni pizza rolls and the Philly cheese Stromboli was super good.

This is our second time visiting this location and both times have been low quality. First time we went there was literally only one person working and she was slammed with orders took forever to get our order out but was hot and at least was cooked correctly. This last time we walked in and I know then we should have turned around and left! The staff didn’t put in their full effort to make the order satisfying. Pizzas cheese wasn’t even melted and only the edges were hot the center was still cold. Cheese sticks had hardly any cheese on it and was basically bread. It’s sad bcs we have been to the Boerne, TX location and they usually always satisfy our pizza cravings, but not this location. They are both about the same distance from our house and we will not be returning to this location at all! Totally lost confidence in this store after the second attempt.

When my order was going to be late the manager called me and told me. He apologized and offered me a free 2 litter soda. Then surprised us with a dessert pizza. Not only is the food amazing but so is the service.

They have good lunch deals and the food is fresh. The staff is helpful but they do take time to get it out to you. But yes it's worth it to go there.

Terrible experience. Ordered The Works and they brought out the pizza without sausage or mushrooms. When we asked why they said we are out of sausage and mushrooms. I don't understand why they wouldn't tell us this before we ordered, paid, and waited 20 minutes for our order. So we were given a refund and left. We used to go to Double Dave's buffet and the pizza and service was so good.

The cashier who took our order was vaping and on her phone at one of the front tables. We were the only customers in the establishment. Another male employee asked her to make our Caesar salad. Hopefully, she washed her hands. She brings us our salad to-go with no silverware. The Parmesan and red pepper flake jars were all empty, as well as the containers that hold the sugar packets and such for the tea. The tea container had no lid on the top. The cashier continued to vape throughout our meal at the front table. The other tables in the establishment were filthy. The employees ended up all congregating at the front counter talking and cussing.The food was great, but the cleanliness of the establishment was below average.

We love DoubleDaves Pizza the best pizza in our area. My husband is the one that picks up the pizza and brings it home. The service is very attentive and friendly. My husband said that inside was very clean and the ambiance was very comfortable.
Ordered 2 pizzas on Super Bowl Sunday and the they were super good! Did the thin crust and it was perfect in order to taste the other ingredients.The customer service was amazing! I would highly recommend.

I still LOVE this place and they have really good pizza...I want to say that sometimes mistakes happen BUT when a supervior is understanding and cares about the customers that means MORE than anything else! I am a customer and will remain a customer because they have a awesome team working there and a AWESOME management team that care about GREAT Customer Service!!!!

food is good but not ever cooked right i bought a Stromboli and it was raw i called and let them know that it wasn't cooked and she said oh you called about this last time not really caring at all that she gave me raw dough she told me she cut it through herself and wouldn't serve me it raw but i said i can take pictures and show you she said she didn't need to see that she was just gonna mark me down not to sell to me but i'm gonna add pictures and videos so you can see urself she acted like i lied but here's proof

Order from here all the time. They are now canceling my order and claiming they can't adjust the price for the extras I am trying to add. Assistant manager hung up on me as well. Maybe yall can explain to me here how you have been changing the price to include what was asked for my last 15 orders or so. But magically, not anymore.
