Great location and a smooth experience. I walked in, placed my order, waited just a few minutes while they made everything fresh, and walked out with a warm box. A big upgrade from most places that hand you cold donuts.

Typically duck donuts are pretty good but unfortunately I didn’t choose a good one this time around. But also, my experience with the cashier wasn’t my favorite. Maybe it’s just his personality but he felt rude to me. It was off putting.

I placed an order for pick up for 36 Donuts nearly 2 hours ahead of time. I then got to the restaurant to find out that they have not even started my order. Then they decided to go as slow as humanly possible to complete the order order. This caused me to be late, dropping them off at my child school and they would not accept them for her birthday Treat. While I was waiting, I also use the restroom and there were roaches in the bathroom. I made the employees aware of this, and that I was frustrated for waiting. One of them said that they were the manager, and he was very nonchalant and dismissive.

When they say fresh donuts they mean it. You can watch the donuts cook and watch as the staff prepare them. We got them hot and they tasted amazing. Sad we messed the spooky treats, but what we got made up for it. Highly recommend if you love donuts.

I just gotta say, we’ve been coming to this spot for the last 5+ years and was ALWAYS satisfied up until, maybe the last year or so? Y’all’s hours changed and NOTHING was put out about them, not on Google, Yelp, or socials! No explanation…NOTHING!! Some people work late so y’all are missing out on lots of business in the evening time. Duck Donuts needs to go back to do better and UPDATE ITS HOURS back to the times they used to be…closing at 9pm!!

This place is soooo good! Their donuts are just the right amount of crispy and warm when you get them and the bakers make sure youre happy with them before you take them. Wish there was a little more room to sit, but most people bring donuts places so it's not super needed. Was immediately charmed with the places decor and variety of donuts! Delicious!

Came in on a Wednesday and was greeted by the friendly staff ordered a duck deal breakfast sandwich and iced coffee the sausage breakfast sandwich was great ordered it duck style which come on 1 of their donuts topped with bacon and a glaze on top which was amazing but the iced Carmel brulee coffee i ordered was not good it lacked the espresso as all I tasted was Carmel and milk no coffee or expresso flavor at all. My daughter had their donut holes & refresher the refresher was great, but the donut holes were not so much they were more like cake & very dry than doughnuts. There was also no trash can around in the lobby to throw your trash out & pick up after yourself.

I’m from Chicago Illinois and my kids wanted to try duck doughnuts. I’m not a big fan of doughnuts I actually don’t like them. But after my kids force me to try the bacon doughnut we been back 3 times and will be going back to take some back to Chicago with us. I wish we had one near us. The staff was great we were greeted coming in and leaving.

Service was great, my favorite part was watching the donuts being made fresh. Every donut was perfectly balanced with flavor and sweetness. My favorite is the one with bacon and highly recommend it if you don't have dietary restrictions.
