It's 6:30pm Sunday February 16 2025. It says that they close at 7:00pm and they already close. The two worker say that they desire to close at 6pm today. You should let us know in advance since I drove 40 minutes away because it was the only that it says that was open. Other people got here too and they told them the same thing. Get serious about this time to close.

Ordered a present dozen for pickup. Order said it would be ready at 940. I was running late and didn't arrive until after 10. Staff ignored me upon arrival. I finally flagged someone and asked if they had my order. They hadn't even started on my order; the staff shared an embarrassed look. I mentioned that it was supposed to be ready 20 minutes prior and the only response was "we've been busy." When they finished the donuts, they were unceremoniously dumped in front of me. The staff said literally nothing to me, and just walked away. I left the establishment at 1020. So my donuts were 40 minutes late. To add to this frustration, I was corralling a 5 yr old, 2 yr old, and newborn in a crowded waiting space. My order should have been ready and I should have been able to pop in and pick up my order. It was disappointing to say the least.

Hands down THE SLOWEST ESTABLISHMENT IN ALL OF SAN ANTONIO. How about hire enough staff so 5 ppl aren't all waiting around for over 20 minutes for their boxes.

Uggggh. Sigh. I really am looking for the right words. We only ordered 6. I fully trust that they would be correct and delicious. Nope! We didn't see nor taste our lemon with a raspberry drizzle. Also asked for a chocolate topped with peanuts and hot fudge. Nope. Didn't get it. This just tells me to stick with the one on 1604. How disappointing.

Great Donuts, friendly staff with reasonable prices. They make the donuts to order. They also give back to the community. Currently, they are giving to Make a Wish. Come out and support your local small business and Make-a-Wish and Girl Scouts.

Best donuts in SA, hands down! They're made fresh to order, have an amazing variety & are warm when you get them! Get yourself here asap!
Donuts are great and service is decent. Its not as good as the location on 1604. Biggest negative is they dont take bills over $20. Its a huge inconvenience when I take my kids there as a treat and they wont take my money. I end up with disappointed kids and have to take my business elsewhere. Currency is currency. It isn't the customers' fault youre unavle to verify the authenticity of the bills correctly
Nice place! Good donuts... but nothing fantastic... my donuts came a little raw inside... and the mint chocolate chip, mint is not strong enough I miss vegans options!

Their donuts are always good. However, their service isnât. So slow, so so so slow. They were so busy talking and cursing behind the line they donât pay attention. They used to show you your order before they closed the box, to make sure it was right. Not anymore. This Duck Donuts has gone downhill.
