What coffee place doesn’t offer white mocha? Thats a first. Not to mention being out of napkins…. and croissants. I feel bad for the employees who have to work here, they were helpful and quick though.

Used to be a regular here, people knew my dog and I by name...obtained Boosted status within 2-3 weeks type frequent...stopped coming because the old crew quit due to poor managment, and service declined all around as a result (wait times/customer service)...went to Dutch Bros for awhile and enjoyed their customer service, but started working at a new location across the street from this Dunkin, so i decided to give them another chance... the first few times went great...today however, even though I've asked 3 times prior within the last 2 weeks and was never charged...the manager decided he was gonna give me a hard time and insist i pay whole dollar to top off my coffee with a literall splash of milk today, when i asked for light ice...even though he didn't charge me the literal day b4...a gallon of milk is less than $4, and yall wanna charge a dollar for a sips worth of milk...Dutch Bros will add milk to light ice drinks for free without people having to ask...it's something they just do...so I'll just bring my business back to Dutch Bros, after I get my free drink...this Dunkin Donuts officially sucks

I do not know where managers are when you need to issue a complaint? I’ve called the store 6x and no answer. Today I drove up to the drivethru and it was an empty lot besides one car- they’re not busy. When I approach the speaker and I asked if cold brew was available (I came last week they had NO cold brew and NO espresso just iced coffee so I had to be sure), the employee said very sarcastically, “yes we dooo.. it says on my menu.” And I replied “that’s rude” and left. Again mentioning no one will answer the phone and the store is not busy. This store is lacking customer service and is not interested in creating an inviting atmosphere. The girls are always nice but there’s a select few guys working there with the worst attitudes.
