I stop by here all the time, the best employees never last, today I forgot to order something and ordered at the window and I over heard the girl at counter making drinks, complain about it out loud enough for me to hear at window. Not cool, keep your frustrations to yourself, complain and vent NOT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS who have been coming here for years, way longer than you have been employed.

Such a shame each location has its own taxes and never the same quality coffee. I went and ordered my usual and the cashiers now accept tips which I try to tip when I can. Well this morning I went by and the lady took my card and did not prompt me to tip. When I got home I looked at the receipt and realized she gave herself a tip without asking. I called and her response was that Her jacket brushed over the button for tip. Total bs in my opinion. Never going back to this location again.
