I don’t understand what has happened to Dunkin Donuts. They never have donuts! I have visited at 8 am and no powdered munchkins. You are a donuts shop, you need to keep making!

I go to Duncan pretty frequently and always grab a bagel with cream cheese and a large hot original blend with 3 vanilla, 3 butter pecan and 3 cream. Usually the order is $7.12 where as today I was charge $8.10. After going through the app to see if this was right which it was not. Someone there decided to add almost a whole dollar to my order. Please do better next time and see photos below.

My experience in this Dunkin donuts has been by FAR THE BEST I have gotten since arriving to San Antonio. The marbach Location very rude ! Military location Very rude!! This Dunkin is amazing and they are so approachable and friendly your not scared to add that donut you want!! I recommend it 💯!!

I went there on Saturday morning to have breakfast and do some work on my laptop. It was freezing inside, and the music was very loud. I asked them to fix it, but they ignored me. It’s not a welcoming place if you want to work or study there.

Stopped in before work and ordered the 25 count munchkins. I asked for glazed, chocolate and powdered only. I get to work and there's blueberry, sugar and some filled.... like how hard was it to just put 3 flavors. They weren't busy at all...so why was this done?

I don’t know about rhese comments .. but I go here often and they are always so nice so helpful ! You can’t expect to be a rude mf with good service I’m sorry u get what you give they are amazing !!! My coffee is always fresh ! Keep up the great work beautiful ladies !!!!

I frequent this location because I work nearby but my husband stopped for coffee this morning and was given poor, unfriendly service. Not uncommon for this location unfortunately. The coffee taste way too strong as if it wasn’t brewed properly. We ordered flavored iced coffees and you could tell they were poorly made just by the look of the color. My husband took them back to ask for new ones and they quickly gave him a “replacement.” With the iced being now melted, it was clear they must have just reshaken the same drinks and added a bunch of milk since both were still undrinkable. When he decided to get down a second time, the manager greeted him with “what’s wrong with them now.” The female manager was not friendly at all and instead of being apologetic or trying to provide good customer service, she told her staff “just give him a refund.” It’s unfortunate that people not caring to provide good service and make a complaint comfortable to bring to their attention can ruin a business that we typically enjoy.

Donut was nice and fresh. I usually end up disappointed with the donuts at Dunkin, but not at this location. I bought a vanilla cream donut and a coffee. Both tasted great. The lady who served me was super friendly.
I went here based off a review I saw and I have to say, they were right. My food was great and wasn't undercooked or overcooked like some of the other reviews mention. I might make this a regular routine for my work. 😂
