I just went through the drive-thru and it was the worst experience. the guy was mad about something because he gave us a really bad attitude the whole time. And then when we got our food, my daughter's sprinkled frosted strawberry donut head close to know sprinkles on it the donuts feel stal, the coffee was nasty, the hash browns were burnt and soggy, falling apart like shredded potatoes in my hand. You literally couldn't even take one hash brown out of the bag of hash browns without it disintegrating in your fingertips. Do not come here and leave without thoroughly checking every aspect of your order before leaving.

Was very disappointed on this place. I stopped to grab some donuts and waited for 5 minutes standing and no one greeted us or acknowledged us. They just ignored me and my daughter standing there. I had to called out and say excuse me can we get some help. On top of being ignored they hardly had any variety of donuts. I will never come to this location it was very disappointing with customer service

Got 6 donuts today. Some glazed, some chocolate custard , and chocolate covered. All were very stale. Even heating quickly in the microwave didn't help. They were so bad I contacted the corporate office via text. They want more info. Hope they refund my
