I can understand working out a place like that can be frustrating at times, but only if it’s busy when it’s early in the morning and there’s nobody there. I don’t see no point of giving attitude at the drive-through you choose to work there.

Hash browns are HORRIBLE!!!!! This is the second time I bought them and all you taste is bad oil. They’re are disgusting. I would take them back but there no use in getting different ones because they would taste the same. The oil they use is bad. You can even smell that they’re bad. Had to get hash browns from somewhere else to complete my meal.

Great coffee but that’s not an apple fritter!!!! It’s a blob apple flavored donut. I didn’t find one piece of apple. Sheila agrees with my findings!

Came early in the morning and when asked for Boo bucket was told they didn't have munchskins and couldn't sell boo bucket separate. Why don't they have the munchkins in the morning when this is a breakfast place.... Horrible service and needs better management.

The chocolate cream donuts are a joke. I got a couple and they had very little chocolate cream in them, and I mean very little. And last winter I got a hot chocolate that was nothing but hot water. They are ripoffs, very stingy.

It's my favorite milkshake place!! but whenever we GO AT NIGHT, THERE IS NO MILK, OR ICE CREAM , and there is only one person serving, that same person does everything, he is very friendly, but the company should have more staff and enough milk and ice cream.

Horrible service at this location. Ordered through app for a drivethru pickup and when I pulled up and said they didn't get the order in. Had to walk inside and speak to a supervisor that told me he can't help me and I have to call the app.. had to reorder and pay again then call my bank to cancel the first charge.

More often than not, they are just out of items. I keep making the mistake of going back there because this location is on my way home, but the last four times I've ordered here, they've been out of pretty regular items. We're talking multiple donuts, decaf coffee, and coffee flavor syrup. It's crazy.
I will say, in fairness, there haven't been any issues with what they did have available. Food and drinks were all fine. If they could only not be out of everything, this place would be great.
It's also worth mentioning that I've been to every other Dunks around this store, and none of them seem to have the same inventory issues.
