It's frustrating when you drive into town, order a sandwich that costs almost $6.You telll them exactly how you want it...in this case no egg cuz I'm allergic and they still put egg in it. And then they ask for a tip. Pathetic man. Sorry, but I don't believe in tips for fast food restaurants. Not really sorry

If I could i will put zero stars, today we were about to order, and my husband needed to wash his hands, and the people that were attending were so rude with a bad attitude, deny the restroom for my Husband to wash his hands . And with hand signs 🤌 said that he needed the money first to open the restroom and like I said, with an ugly attitude and making faces

NEVER!!!!Will I ever return to this location they messed up my entire order didn’t even add ice so I called to let them know the man that answered the phone sounded like he just hated his job was nonchalant and said HES THE MANAGER 😂 and proceeded to tell me they’ve been out of ice for 3 days!!! Worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to.You need better staff

Im a regular here being that I live in the apartments across the street the drinks are not always on point staff needs put a little more effort into making them lalso i ask for less ice and alot of times drinks are not filled to the top some of the staff members are not very friendly or helpful and drinks are made half fast. We need better service and drinks at this location.

i always order from here, i live in the apartments across the street. i won’t lie, the food is usually alright. not the best, but still good. they make some good drinks though!!! and the service has always been great. yall i ordered only 2 maple snack bacons, and they gave me 5!!! Nice surprise because theyre expensive for so little amount so i felt like i got my money’s worth and i gave some to the kids. I had to call and say thank you. They’re awesome and they’ll keep getting my business for sure.

This guy that works there is so mean I have never met a man that doesn’t like his job this much I used to work for Dunkin it’s not that hard hire better people or tell your workers to be better I will be leaving another review after I go back again update went back literally messed up my drink I orders a mocha coffee and he gave me coffee with no cream or milk just mocha syrup then I asked where’s the milk he said I didn’t ask for it Ina. Rude voice yall need to do better

Waited 20 minutes for one medium iced latte, it was so bland it had no flavor it tasted like nothing but pure coffe with ice and a little bit of milk. I’m so upset I waited that long for ONE coffee. The cashier was rude, and didn’t want to answer my question about the munchkin flavors in the box. I felt rushed to order but waited that long for a nasty coffee, such a I convenience

Awful customer service, the 2 workers act like you are inconveniencing them by placing an order. They weren't open to answer any questions and pretty much just want your money without giving customer service. Dunkin needs to train employees on good customer service. Will not be returning.

If I could give this place a zero I would.They talk to you rude on the mic.They don't listen to what you say.When you ask for stuff in your order and they look at you ugly.When you get to the window. There was a guy there this morning that literally talked terrible on the mic.Like if he did not want to be there, okay if you don't want to be there, then don't go to work.You don't have to be so.Ugly on the mics to be fired.
