WORST dunkin ive ever been to. To start i ordered a croissant WITH NO CHEESE , i told the guy at the window. then him and the girl in the back trying to figure out . he asked me multiple times and even charged me for it . after he continued to give me a bagel with cheese ? the complete wrong order . who hired these people ??

Today I went to Dunkin’ Donuts and received outstanding customer service from Matthew, who I believe is the manager. He was extremely positive, helpful, and welcoming. This location is lucky to have someone like Matthew — he truly made my visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts thanks to his excellent service!

There was TWO workers there today they guy was clearly busy the lady working didn't acknowledgment me at all why hire people if they can't even take orders I don't know why one employee is doing everything It’s ridiculous I had to wait a while for ONE donut

I really enjoyed the 5 minutes of standing at the counter waiting for no one to say a word to me... That was fun.... At least there was a kiosk off to the side where I could order what I wanted.

Absolutely the worse location in all of San Antonio. I’ve given it multiple shots thinking/hoping it would be good since it’s the closest location to me.
They NEVER have anything. How are you a coffee and donut place and you don’t have coffee or donuts????
