I walked in and stood at the counter for about five to six minutes without being acknowledged. There were three employees clearly working in the front and drive-through area. None made eye contact or said a word. They walked past me multiple times and acted as if I was not there.
Eventually, a woman from the back came out and assisted me. I understand it was a Sunday morning and likely busy. Still, basic acknowledgment matters. A simple greeting goes a long way.
If it were not for my son wanting donuts, I would have turned around and walked out. I do not spend money where customers are treated rudely or ignored.

I was pretty disappointed to learn that, for some reason, this location doesn't have Freezes (soda and sherbert). Every location I've ever been to other than this one has had them.

Walked in today at 2:18ish to order a drink. No hello or welcome. Employee was busy staring down at her phone to acknowledge me - hispanic/long black hair in a pony tail. She glanced back, looked at me, then continued on her phone with her back towards me. I gave her a few more seconds and she still would not take my order so I left. We work in the shopping center with them and can't seem to get a pleasant experience in the last 8 years. There was NO ONE in the drive through or in the store so this is not acceptable. Do your job or go home.

What is happening to DD? Check out the “chocolate-glazed” donuts I got today….hardly any chocolate on them at all. My guess is maybe 1/2 tbsp? This was my last trip here. DD used to have glaze all the way to the edge of the donut. So disappointed

Went to the drive thru yesterday around 3:30pm. The teller sounded like she hated her job when taking my order. Got to the window and I greeted her with a “hi”. But no response or smile back, she just said $1.79 with the ugliest monotoned attitude. Closed the window and then just handed me my card and donut in the same hand with no words. Almost mistook my card for a donut with all the powder you got on it. Didn’t ask if I would like a receipt, nothing. Please teach basic manners and politeness when serving customers to the big girl at the window. Donut was stale and old just like last time, and it’s this location only. Other dunkin locations have fluffy “fresh” donuts. Worst $1 ever spent.

Best customer service ever I love that they call by my name! Even though they are always extremely busy I still get the Best service from Manager and employees! Their professionalism is always on point. Love my Dunkin Donuts at the Dominion location ❤️❤️😍

The lady that took my order was extremely helpful and patient. It was early in the morning and I had no idea how to order three dozen donuts the way that my family was looking for. She very quickly understood what I was looking to do and it worked flawlessly. Plus, they gave the best pup cups.

Asked for drinks with no caffeine due to an allergy to it. Manager/supervisor laughed as she answered "we have lemonade" when asked what has zero caffeine even after being informed that I am DEADLY allergic to it. Staff attitudes were also sour, and had to ask a question multiple times before getting an answer after we decided against drinks.

Closest Dunkin to me and they mess up my coffee every time. They legitimately don’t know how to make coffee decent I’m done going to this location.. my bipolar cannot handle this.
The location off of Huebner is good but the one off of Potranco is the best, go there. I’m on my way now.
