San Pedro location has a very rude window worker this morning! First I waited at least 11 minutes at the drive thru because they were not alternating lines just catering to the the line on the left then no apology was made. No good morning and when I was handed my coffee she shut the window and didn't even say thank you. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I also asked for holiday donuts for my Drs office and this is what I received! So disappointing.

I frequent this location for iced coffee. I order via the mobile app & typically my drink is perfect, but his morning my drink was absolutely awful. I ordered my usual, which is the caramel craze & it is sweetened to perfection. This morning it tasted like iced milk. YUCK!! I know they were extremely busy, but I should get what I paid for and I didn't order iced MILK!!

So quick helpful and kind. Ash helped me at the window 2x today bc dropped my drink all over myself the first round. Normally don’t go to Dunkin, but after today, I will definitely make this my regular place!! Thanks to Ash.

It was only 11:30am and there wasn’t anything available. We asked for a Coolata and we were told the machine was down but there was ice in the machine. We asked for a bagel and was told they didn’t have any bagels available but when someone in drive thru asked for a bagel, they were given an option to choose either everything bagel or onion bagel. We were not given those options. The coffee tasted burnt and the little bacon that was available was also burnt. We never experienced this before.

I always love the green tea refreshers but this morning I added breakfast. I was so excited until I opened it. The croissant was burned, the sausage was gross. The hashbrowns were also burned. I spent $10 and only enjoyed my drink. If I could find another place for the refreshers I would never go back here. I'm so disappointed.

Horrible! When ordering they make you wait & never say a simple we'll be right with you. Once you pull to the window, I sat there for awhile no one came to the window. Bad customer service & to think some people are paid $15 plus an hour for $7 customer service. No thank you. My receipt shows the name Lori, hopefully she can do better! I won't be wasting my time here again.

The new avocado spread was disgusting their hash browns tasted like greasy old tires save your money on their food the service at this particular location can be terrible they’ve gotten my order wrong twice already can’t go wrong with coffee and donuts
