I am a fairly regular customer here and the service is usually okay but the past few visits they’ve been out of stock of basics— muffins, straws for large drinks, etc. And instead of acknowledging that they’re missing these items, they ignore it entirely. This has happened two visits in a row. When I’ve asked for refunds or store credit, they immediately direct me to the app, and the app is— shocker— not useful and not responsive. It’s been a deeply frustrating situation and I hesitate to return to this location being told the same things over and over with no apology or acknowledgement.

Great service at this location the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The place is clean and the napkin, straws, sweeteners area is always stocked and clean without trash all over the counter. Great place to study also. Bathroom is clean.

The two workers on shift July 4, 2025 at approximately 12-1:30 should be fired. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no answer. I then waited inside for 20 minutes before being helped. I was finally able to pick up my mobile order and I was missing multiple items. This is by far the worst service I have ever had. They’re too busy talking with their friends that came in and can’t handle a simple mobile order. I went back to this location to get my order completed and the workers were nowhere to be found. Order was made at exactly 12 and was officially completed at 1:03.
