My office recently moved nearby so I have started stopping here in the morning and sometimes for a lunchtime pick me up. Every single time I have come by the employees are SO POLITE and welcoming. The drinks are always good but the exceptional service is what keeps me coming back again and again. :)

Worst costumer service ever!! I had not been to this location in over a year or two due to always having a bad experience. I decided to give it another try today but just ended up wasting more than 30mins out of my life for nothing!!! The girl that works there is very unwelcoming!! Darling if you don’t want to work GO HOME!!! This place should either shut down or hire people who actually want to work!! Must be nice to get paid for free!

They made the wrong coffee and actually offered it to me on top of my corrected coffee. They are very respectful and very upstanding employees I came here at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday September 26th, please pass this along to the staff in that shift

My wife and I was here this morning roughly around 6:45 a.m. . She wanted an iced coffee which was going to Total out at a little under $5. The gentleman at the front desk that took her order his name was Ahmad, he had no name tag. He was very unwelcoming, luckily Reyna stepped in her name right maybe it's Raina. But she was awesome and accommodating.
The issue was when I asked Ahmad why he did not offer my wife the special that's been ran that's posted right behind him for $6 you get the iced coffee a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Raina stepped in and, corrected him on the register and honored the deal which was delicious. Ahmad was not apologetic he then made himself a drink and went outside to smoke a cigarette and left the young lady to make our drink and the entire meal on around she was a pleasure to be around I'm not sure why that guy still has a job thank you Raina,you're the reason that I gave three stars, Ahmad lost all 5 so 5 for Raina and Zero for that lazy dude.
Always a good experience here - everyone is so nice & they even ask if there is anything else they can do to make my visit better. Ten out of ten - best Dunkin in the area!

We are sitting in drive-thru and can hear them very loudly saying that they don't know how to make drinks that we ordered. We had to send our order back because it was not correct. It seems to be a management issue when they don't know how to train their staff properly

I had an issue with my uber eats order, and I tried to call this location. No one answers
This is extremely unprofessional. I just wanted to have my latte corrected. I would have been happy, to return the wrong one. I was happy to drive to location too. I only used uber, because it's convenient. The error was on dunkins behalf

Girl with Glasses at the drive thru window during the morning has an extremely rude attitude and does not have good customer service, will not be returning nor giving this Dunkin’ Donuts my business because of the rude staff.

I come a few times a week .Some orders are good and some are bad. Coffees always taste different when I order the same ones. This place could be a bit better.

I enjoy the coffee to an extent. I think it's fairly decent for the price but the customer service at this particular location is always subpar. they usually never have the item I've ordered off of the mobile app and today the girl was particularly rude when switching the flavors because they were out of peppermint mocha and when I asked for a caramel cold foam instead she said "I don't know what you're talking about can you just Tell me what's in it because I have no clue what you're talking about" so I go to the app where I recently ordered one & I tell her what's in it and when I get to the window she hands me a cup. I'm honestly afraid to drink it, and closes the window. I'm still waiting for my munchkins and after a couple minutes she just hands them to me and shuts the window. no thank you, have a nice day no closing greeting nothing. and I think I'm tired of it. I actually didn't even want the coffee after our interaction at the speaker but she had already started to make it so I guess I'm stuck with it but today was definitely a final straw on this location incredibly rude every single time constantly out of items I'll just go over pay at Starbucks I'm over it. And yes the food here is awful. Not sure how they prepare the items they obviously get from a freezer that are premade but whatever reheating tactic they're using the food is bland and disgusting, somehow overcooked by the time you get it and overall disappointing.

There was only a chocolate donut, there was nothing else!! I also ordered caramel cappuccino and there was no caramel either, I bought the chocolate donut and brought a hair ?
