I had an issue with my uber eats order, and I tried to call this location. No one answers
This is extremely unprofessional. I just wanted to have my latte corrected. I would have been happy, to return the wrong one. I was happy to drive to location too. I only used uber, because it's convenient. The error was on dunkins behalf

Girl with Glasses at the drive thru window during the morning has an extremely rude attitude and does not have good customer service, will not be returning nor giving this Dunkin’ Donuts my business because of the rude staff.

I come a few times a week .Some orders are good and some are bad. Coffees always taste different when I order the same ones. This place could be a bit better.

I enjoy the coffee to an extent. I think it's fairly decent for the price but the customer service at this particular location is always subpar. they usually never have the item I've ordered off of the mobile app and today the girl was particularly rude when switching the flavors because they were out of peppermint mocha and when I asked for a caramel cold foam instead she said "I don't know what you're talking about can you just Tell me what's in it because I have no clue what you're talking about" so I go to the app where I recently ordered one & I tell her what's in it and when I get to the window she hands me a cup. I'm honestly afraid to drink it, and closes the window. I'm still waiting for my munchkins and after a couple minutes she just hands them to me and shuts the window. no thank you, have a nice day no closing greeting nothing. and I think I'm tired of it. I actually didn't even want the coffee after our interaction at the speaker but she had already started to make it so I guess I'm stuck with it but today was definitely a final straw on this location incredibly rude every single time constantly out of items I'll just go over pay at Starbucks I'm over it. And yes the food here is awful. Not sure how they prepare the items they obviously get from a freezer that are premade but whatever reheating tactic they're using the food is bland and disgusting, somehow overcooked by the time you get it and overall disappointing.

i hate leaving bad reviews but this was kinda upsetting:( i asked for an iced pumpkin chai latte with less ice and the cup was filled to the top of ice but the drink it’s self didn’t even reach the full amount.. this picture shows how full it was after i took once sip to taste it. It taste like water with a splash of milk. no chai or pumpkin flavor at all. i also got freezing cold snackin bacon and almost just as cold kolache.. im really sad i spent $13 on all this but at least the staff was friendly ?

I love Dunkin but I have stopped by on occasion at this location that is closest to my work.nEvery single time. Their fried stuff is over greasy, falls apart and tastes like old fish oil. Extremely gross. Not to mention when I order my Refresher, it's the same order every time and everytime it looks and tastes different. My daughter got off one day and the girl that rushed us through our drive thru order just handed her some syrup in a Cup and said that's all they could do.

Old donuts - probably 3 days. Most were unavailable. No Apple fritters, French crewels. Won’t be back. This is Sunday morning.

Our cashier was great! She was so personable and knowledgeable about her menu. She made great suggestions regarding current menu items. I’m incredibly disappointed that I could only tip in a plastic cup that I assume is shared. I wish I could have added a tip to her service.

Worst service ever at Dunkin’ in San Antonio. From the moment I rolled up to the drive-thru window, I could feel the hostility radiating from at least two of the staff. It's like either their manager is a tyrant, or they’re hiring people who should never be near other humans. Desperate times, right? But seriously, avoid this place if you value a good customer experience.

I’ve been to other Dunkin’s in SA and they’ve been great. The folks at the north San Pedro location are always pleasant and cheerful. I go there almost daily. But the Blanco/Churchill store? It's now on my “never again” list. They've got issues.

The fun started right at the order station in the drive-thru. I ordered a medium hot coffee with three sugars. Simple, right? The screen shows medium hot coffee with three creams. I can't do cream; it messes with my stomach. So, I ask them to change it to no cream, three sugars. Silence. Then the order changes to two sugars, one cream. Again, I repeat, no cream, three sugars, please. The response? “I got it,” in a tone that screamed, “Don’t ask me again…”

I get to the window, get handed my coffee, and guess what? Cream. Lots of it. So, maybe a bit miffed, I say, “I asked for no cream, three sugars. Can I get one without cream? And can you take this one back? I don’t have room in my car for an extra hot drink.” The server flat-out refuses to take it back. Then they make me wait a full five minutes (yes, I was watching the clock) before giving me a coffee with no cream but like six sugars.

Oh, and the sandwiches I ordered? Wrong bread. I left angry.
