I NEVER leave reviews on anything. So the fact i am even doing this is sad.My coffee looked and tasted like swamp water.my hashbrowns were burnt. like completely blackened hashbrowns.the empanada was literally ice cold in the middle.I then stayed at the drive thru window for a while cause they forgot my “munchkins” i was getting for my coworkers, and they asked why i was still sitting there. i then repeated the specific ones i wanted/paid for, again; glazed/powdered/chocolate. All they gave me was powdered and chocolate.Whole experience sucked. Feel like i wasted my time and money.

Went to get quick breakfast , and the woman at the drive thru was cold and very snarky when I asked a simple question . I’ve worked in the food industry so I try and be as respectful and understanding as possible. I get to the window and I see one of the workers talk to the drive thru girl , and then he sprints to the back , then I am then handed my food. Come to find out my hash browns were burnt , and they probably just bagged it up to get me on my way . First and final time at this location

The service is terrible and the price is outrageous for the little amount of food (ice cream in my case) given. I can't believe a single scoop is $6 when all they give you is cone!!!

Expected good coffee or at least ok coffee. Walked II at 6am, $3.56 for medium poor quality coffee.

I should have looked at reviews before stopping here. I ordered a coffee since I had rewards for a $2 coffee & I mentioned it to the lady when I placed my order and she told me they would scan my app at the window and it will discount it then. Well when I got to the window it didn’t apply the discount and the manager(Ana) was brought over to the window, she then told me they could make me a new one so the coupon could be applied since it doesn’t work for my latte. Which I understand but the fact that I mentioned it when ordering my coffee and I wasn’t told anything AND then I had to wait for them to make me a new one is just mind blowing. It’s sad to see the level of customer service at this location.

I'm sharing this review mostly as feedback to the owners. For the last three years, twice a year, I've ordered six to seven dozen donuts for my boys birthday parties.Every single time I have tried to order it has been super complicated. You can't order that many donuts on the app and you won't take an order over the phone. So I have to go in to the store to order and pay, which I was fine with. This year I went in to order the day before but you won't take orders after 1pm for the next day. Your employee tried to help by calling your supervisor but there was nothing she could do.As a consumer I understand that there are issues with order fulfillment but I went across the street to HEB and ordered with no issues and it was way easier. They didn't even make me pay up front.Looks like I won't be going back to Dunkin' anymore.

asked to make an alteration with my coffe a new female manager with dreads tossed my bag down and just walked away without saying anything . supperrrr rude. owner needs to step in and fix this location because it’s terrible . get more staff location been struggling for a while. david was the best thing that happened. sadly no longer there.

Went this morning and a snotty little girl served me nasty coffee and refused to remake it when I told her it tasted bad. Will never go to this dunkin again.

Now that I see the reviews it all makes sense. It wasn’t possible to spend money purchase product at this location. They just wouldn’t let me! Not sure they understand there are other Doughnut places to do business with?!

Today I ordered my usual coffee and the young gentlemen was rude and and messed up my coffee and it was not a complicated order. All I ordered was a small coffee with 4 sugar and 3 cream. People can be something else.
