Asked for the brown sugar matcha latte. Employee didn’t know what it was. Showed him from the app still rung me up and gave me the regular matcha. My ham and cheese croissant wasn’t fully warmed up either.

This morning, my boyfriend and I received a breakfast sandwich and wrap with a chemical taste and smell, like they had cleaned their grill and then cooked food on it afterwards. This is incredibly unsafe and irresponsible, food should not be going out in that condition under any circumstance. My boyfriend and I ended up returning for a refund because it felt genuinely unsafe to consume. Almost every time I have ordered a drink here, they get it wrong as well. Speed should not be the only focus of this chain, quality matters even if that requires an extra minute to be thorough and listen to the customer’s request. They also do not answer their phone no matter how many times you call, and who knows if they even listen to voicemails. Overall, this location is just bad. They are also out of key items like egg a lot, so not sure if the place has bad management or what the issue is. Regardless, we are going to pass on this place now.
