We went to get a box of munchkins around 8:30 and the workers there were rude and confused about everything. We ordered a box of 25 munchkins for 6.99 but they gave us a box of 10 munchkins and when we asked for more, because we paid of 25 donut holes, the worker seemed angry at us for even asking to be given what we paid for.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s my favorite place for breakfast anytime. Only thing is that I noticed that the gentleman (I believe it was the manager) that was preparing the sandwiches was NOT wearing any gloves. (Thousand Oaks location) Was very disappointed and a lil disgusted knowing I ordered a sandwich. I think in the past that was a normal thing, but not nowadays. Today, I believe it’s required to wear gloves when handling food for the customers. And that’s why I’m not giving them the 5 stars. Other than that, they are very nice and polite. Attentive to the customer.

Hot breakfast sandwich with cold cheese. Large cold brew tastes like water with oat milk. I don’t even think there is coffee in there at all. And if there is you can not taste it!!!

The place was open, unlike the one across town that said it was open but the door was locked when we got there. My daughter and I wanted a dozen donuts, and the sweet girl that got us our donuts told us of the buy 6 get 6 free deal after a certain time. So she totally saved us money. Then she made us super delicious drinks that we ordered with the saved money. She was so sweet and friendly. She really made my visit to San Antonio a little better. Thank you!!!

I ordered a drink they asked me to pull forward and they would bring it out i waited 7+ min and had 5 cars get their orders and drive around me for 1 drink will not be back
This Dunkin is only dedicated to the drive thru. I waited over 30 mins for my pickup order and they had it behind the counter. The girl with the crazy eyelashes even asked me what the name on the order was and instead of looking continued doing the drive thru. The drink was wrong and having waited 30 mins I could care less! Never coming back and also your women’s restroom water does not work. I had to use sanitizer from my purse. Disgusting and bad customer service

Really bad experience. Rude employees and getting wrong orders. When I asked for the order to be corrected; they were even more rude. DD is a great brand, it deserves good customer service worthy of the name .
