I will always love you dunkin. Even when you mess up my order. Just please give me everything bagel when I ask for it please. Spiced cookie coffee was still bomb tho.

Tried calling multiple times all morning. A cashier took my husband's money and gave him the wrong change, when he tried to tell her about the mistake they told him it would take 10 minutes to even count the drawer and see if the mistake really happened. This is all during breakfast time, I get they are busy but they won't even answer their phone so we can leave a message for a manager to call us back. They shorted us almost 10 dollars back. This isn't right and I would appreciate someone reaching out to us. We're both working full time and can not leave in the middle of the day to resolve this. Where is the communication from management??

So the Halloween buckets are supposed to be able to buy them by themselves but the owner of this establishment doesn't allow the workers to sell them by themselves but you are actually supposed to be able to buy them by themselves and this is going directly to the owners of this establishment they need to get on the ball and listen to what Dunkin' donuts it sells says that they're supposed to be doing actually I will be calling Dunkin' donuts headquarters to report this establishment or the owner and also asking them to read all the reviews on this store to see how the owners are letting the store be run

The counter person was not that great and made some mistakes, which cost us some money. We sent a comment to corporate office, and they had the manager called us, and everything was fixed. So very happy campers/eaters now !!!

My experience at dunkin on sept 24, around 9:30 am was not pleasant. While my order was being taken in drive thru by a nice man, a rude lady interupts on the speaker rushing me through my order, mind you I was the only car there. Her tone was awful and customer service skills were trash. I never come to this location and it will remain that way after this. And come to find out the rude lady is their manager WOW. I feel bad for the employees. Do better management 🙄

I go to Dunkin’ since it’s the closest one but the coffee is always hit or miss. This time the vanilla latte was good, but honestly, it’s different every visit. You never know what you’re going to get and I wonder if there are different recipes or what. Consistency would really make a difference. It’s convenient that it’s right there but I just wish it was more predictable!

The person taking the order at drive thru was not really listening to me. I was asking a question several times about the creamer used for my coffee order and he just kept saying “ok how many creamers”. I told him no I’m asking a question about the creamer and he responded yes we have creamer. I then attempted to order a breakfast croissant sandwich and he said sure we have them. When I got to the window 2 people came to the window to ask me about my order. One lady asked how many creamers and I told her and so she took the coffee back to fix it which is fine. The next lady came and told me they didn’t have croissants so what else would i like. I asked for a warmed bagel with cream cheese or if it’s not equal value then that’s fine I’ll still take it. They then handed me a cold stale bagel with a cold cheese, cold egg and barely warmed bacon. This was at 6:40 am on Oct 1st. For a breakfast place this was a very poor experience.
