very slow service but why they have 5 to 6 people working but they make you wait to order when walking inside. Donut don't taste freshly made and serviced needs to improve. this is my 3rd time here and every time is the same thing.

This Dunkin is awfully slow maybe I’m used to NJ time but I’ll be waiting for over 6 minutes for food and drinks. It’s unbelievable for then the food to look and taste burnt.

We drive from 15 mins away to come to this Dunkin location because they have more in stock than the locations near us and the service (especially in the mornings) has been incredible. If they are out of something they are super friendly and personable. If you go early you can get jelly munchkins! Some locations in SA don’t have much in stock but this location is great!! We will always come back! Thank you guys!! ❤️

Served me four milks that were expired by 2 days. Attempted to call the store with no answer and no voicemail setup. Attempted to call corporate but of course the number wasn't working. Then tried to contact us via email. So now I'm out the money I spent for food that is expired.

Just really annoyed with this place today. I get there at 9:27 and order a dunkalatte and the lady told me they can’t make me that drink because of the expresso machine . I pulled up to the window because I have to pay the other drink I got I ask her what time they close she’s says 10 I already knew that I asked her what time do you clean your machine she says 9:25 asked her so I’m basically 2-3 mins late and she says yes . Just super annoyed that they couldn’t let me get it for being mins late . Bad customer service

Update: 8/20/2025. Still the absolute best in Texas..Zayna, Brianna, and Monica are the nicest people on the planet!!! It's absolutely the best dunkin in San Antonio. The staff are amazing. Absolutely amazing. We won't go anywhere else.

Funny you stop at dunkin donuts to buy donut but they are out of all but 5 flavors...then ask about two other menu items and they are out if those items too...I stopped asking what do they have and left...I wasn't going to write a review but this is the third time I've been told they don't have half of their menu items and the last time I did get the donuts I wanted they were frozen...so not even fresh...somebody doesn't have time to make the donuts obviously.

Was given coffee in the drive thru and spilled all over my car due to incompetent employees more specifically Taily… she then laughed at me when seeing the coffee spilling, then gave attitude when I asked for napkins made a huge fit as sassy attitude. Whole thing on dash cam, corporate will get a copy :)
