Ordered two bagels, two hash browns and a strawberry dragon fruit refresher light ice.Got the hash browns frozen then went back inside just to wait almost 20 minutes for them to then be burnt. My drink was 90% ice. Bagels were how we ordered so there’s that at least. They tried to reheat the frozen hash browns so i asked to get new ones. Younger lady who works there has no Customer service skills she just stared at me the whole time I was waiting for the hash browns, weird.

Where to begin.From the moment we pulled up,The manager (or who I assume to be the manager) was short with us. Everything we ordered seemed to be out.We finally settled on bagel minis, a kolache, one blueberry donut, two iced coffees, and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant.When pulling up to the window, I was thrown off as the lady read my order wrong. I corrected and thought all was well until I got my order and my bagel minis were plane and I was missing a donut. I ask her if I can get everything minis as that’s what was ordered and what I received you can see in the photos. Absolutely disgusting. My sister worked at Dunkin and flat out told me that when they are lazy, they will sometimes spray water and throw the seasoning on top to avoid making a new batch. This I don’t mind, but the least you could do is add more seasoning. We drove off and I had the suspicious feeling that something else was off. Sure enough, I had a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. To which, I am somewhat allergic to sausage. Fantastic. On top of that, the only thing correct was the coffees and donut. The food tasted like freezer burn and the kolache was clearly undercooked.If you are craving good Dunkin, don’t waste your time here like we did. I recommend the one in Leon springs.Also, she continued to ask us to speak louder even though I was yelling and our receipt also seemed to be incorrect to which by that point I didn’t bother going back. Either they have a listening problem or they just aren’t that bright.

I love these donuts. I’m a fan of Dunkin and this huebner location has my dough ? even if they’re out of something, they come through in one way or another. I love the French vanilla ice coffee with regular cream and sugar is a must try for any newbie Dunkin ice coffee drinkers ?
I'm just pulling off from the location and they only gave me 2 straps of bacon for my order of bacon snacks lol. They're the worst. They legit do nothing in there all

No one was at the window, we waited a hot minute for someone to help us at the menu, when someone finally helped us the huffed at us like they didn't want us there. When we got to the window, 4 staff members were obviously high, walking around, trying to get us to pat a couple of times. Will not be coming

Gave me the incorrect coffee order- gave me an iced coffee when I ordered a latte on the app with none of the syrups I requested, served me frozen Hashbrowns, and I found a hair imbedded in my sausage croissant. Will not go back to this location.

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst. They never have the new items in stock, and every other day they are out of espresso. I came to try the Churro Latte and they did not have the churros syrup and I couldn't get any Latte either bc of course out of espresso. I had a offer for a free donut and they refused to honor it because I had tonpirchade a beverage. How when my beverage is not available?!?! The cashier Lola was trying convince me to buy a beverage I didn't want - instead of doing the right thing amd honoring the offer. I tried to speak to the Manager, Monica? But they insisted she was not available. I would have offered to take my phone number down if she was truly not in the store. Second time I've visited this store for the Churro Latte and was denied!!!!!

Have been going to this shop the past 3 years. Order online every time but these past few months this stores gone downhill. Always out of donuts/coffee. Kolache is always cold. 4 different occasions that I’ve had them remake my coffee bc they put in the wrong coffee flavor. Anytime I get dunkin now I drive to the Babcock location even though I live right across this Huebner shop
The 3 employees who were working were very cheerful, helpful and loved their jobs!I picked up 2 Valentine dozen donuts and they were perfect!

Really hate to bash a Dunkin because they are a fast food service…but without fail, every time I order ahead (I order a good 15 mins before arriving), my order is never complete and I’m left waiting another 10 mins. I ordered today at 8:09am and walked out the door with my order at 8:33am (after waiting). If you are in a time crunch, not a place for fast service. I get mornings are busy at this location, but if they cannot keep up, they should not offer mobile order pickup during those times.

Drive up for a simple glazed donut….i was given a cold dry refrigerated donut….i asked him for a fresh donut he took it back…waited a few minutes he came back with the donuts microwaved and said “here you go ma’am those are freshly baked” what I pulled out was clearly microwaved dried out hard donut. It’s just donuts you would think they could get it right.

We used to go to the NW Military location but it closed down. I understand the Huebner location probably has a lot more traffic now. We have been there probably over 20 times since the other location closed. Every single time without fail our order will be missing half of what we ordered and the food will be cold. We have tried going through the drive through, ordering online, going in store. And even though we order two of everything, inevitably one item will be missing. If you can go to any other Dunkin’ besides this location I recommend you do so.
