Absolutely no reason for this! I ordered a matcha drink with less ice and they gave me literally less of the drink! Ridiculous. There is no reason for them to give less drink if I'm able to modify my drink how ever I want! Pathetic service. There's way to many coffee shops to support than to come back here again!

6 dollar meal deal. Coffee tasted like mud water. Bagel had the flavor of hand sanitizer. Hash browns had very obviously been sitting out for a while. Threw it all away.

We walked into this establishment and were completely ignored. Not a single staff member greeted us or even acknowledged our presence. We stood there for nearly 17 minutes before anyone said a word to us—and when they finally did, it was just to tell us to keep waiting.
This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for customers. If this is how they treat guests, I can’t imagine how they handle the rest of their service. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for decent customer service.

I got the $6 meal deal—coffee and sandwich were good. But the donuts? Total letdown. I got half a dozen for my family and not only were they not the ones I picked, but they tasted old and stale. Like they boxed up whatever leftovers had been sitting out all day (or days, honestly). The only thing worth eating was the filling. Super disappointed.
No shade on the girls who work here, they are really nice. Just absolutely dog water at icing donuts. I’m talking almost no icing the three times I have ordered. The coffee is pretty ass too. I’d just go to heb and get some good donuts and coffee made at home

Tried to order a drink that previously ordered at another location the day before and the guy on the speaker was rude and talked to me like I was stupid as if I didn’t know I was at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I didn’t realize each location didn’t offer the same drinks, so that sucks.
