I don’t have experience with being inside this location, but last night my daughter went to pick up a shake for me, and it’s only a 4 minute drive. When she returned, it was basically a glass of milk with very little ice cream. The texture was terrible, there was no solid ice cream at all, it just flowed through the straw as liquid. Extremely disappointing, I can’t remember having such a bad experience with a shake. And for it to be that expensive is inexcusable. It was apparent that no care was taken in the preparation, I’d call it a complete waste of money, for what I got.

Came to order around 9ish thru drive thru and was told to wait but took forever to get her to response. Bad service don’t recommend coming here the workers were just talking to each other and not paying attention to their customers. Nope never again coming to a horrible service here

Look fast because you can miss this location, I had a bit of trouble finding the drive thru window, it's a bit tricky if you've never been there, the drive thru is behind several businesses, like an alley way, but my order was fresh and my drinks were made perfectly. I can say that this location is a gem and would more than likely go back and definitely recommend this place if you're in the area

This Dunkin Donuts has such amazing service. Tonight Audrey and Julius made our drive from the SW Military Dr. worth it. Julius was super nice and patiently waited on us and Audrey made my coffee and provided amazing service as well.

Honestly, this Dunkin’ branch is one of the best I’ve been to! The staff are super fast, friendly, and always smiling 😊 My order is always perfect, and the coffee tastes amazing every single time. Even when it’s busy, they handle everything quickly and efficiently 👏🔥 Highly recommend this place if you want great coffee and excellent service to start your day right! 💯☕️ also Maria is the best worker!

The service was amazing and so was the atmosphere, but I was severely disappointed when I tried the six dollar bagel meal. It made me absolutely sick to my stomach. On the first bite you can taste the oven it was made in and you can taste the hashbrowns with freezer burn because of how long they’ve been sitting in the freezer I’m assuming. I’m only sticking to coffee and donuts from now on. It was a mistake exploring the menu.

I've tried giving this dunkin the benefit of the doubt, but this time really did it for me. First off since they opened, they take so long on the orders, the quality is ehhh, so I haven't been there in probably 2 years. I usually go to the other one on Potranco and 151, they never disappoint, however this time I decided to give them a try and get a sandwich with hash browns. The hash browns were burnt and stuck to the paper and made in old, old oil, you can smell it. So gross.

Absolutely no reason for this! I ordered a matcha drink with less ice and they gave me literally less of the drink! Ridiculous. There is no reason for them to give less drink if I'm able to modify my drink how ever I want! Pathetic service. There's way to many coffee shops to support than to come back here again!
