I come in often to get iced coffee, breakfast sandwiches or donuts on my way to class and am consistently satisfied with my experience. I've heard people say that dunkin can be real "hit or miss" but I've never had any bad experiences at this location. The drinks and food always taste good, I walk in to pick up my order and it's always ready in a timely manner, the staff is friendly and the manager always says good morning to me.

I work near by so I stop in regularly for coffee.
The staff is always friendly and outgoing. All the workers always have a big smile and a hello, even the manager.
Service is quick, my order is always accurate and delicious!

Ordered a medium iced latte with oatmilk and the coffee tastes like the milk was spoiled. Can’t even drink it. Tried to reach out to them since I was already halfway to the other side of town and they didn’t pick up the phone.

I ordered one thing. A Boston cream donut. They gave it to me in a bag with the frosted icing side face down in the bottom of the bag. All the frosting stayed stuck to the bottom of the bag. The folks here need leadership, help, and training. Maybe bring in an east coast Dunkin’ team to teach them how it’s done. This location is very disappointing to us Dunkin’ fans.

I go through the drive thru most mornings(between open an 10am) before work, for a medium caramel iced coffee with EXTRA!!! Cream an sugar, (im from new england when up there i order regular cream an sugar) an when I try it at this location its wayyyyy to strong its insane no matter how much creamer you ask for its like they add a teaspoon of it, I've noticed whenever it taste like old nasty cold brew its the same older Hispanic man making the coffee(i believe he's a manager) and if he is the manager he needs to find someone who can train him on how to make a proper iced coffee or never touch another coffee again, he's wasting customers money an time, it's happened over an over again an is a embarrassment to every dunkin in New england, please do better its seriously not that hard.

OMG.. TURTLE SLLLOOOOOOOOWWW and then after waiting 10 minutes in line. They don’t have your order and you pay for someone else’s. They did not know the price of the singular drink I ordered. I was with their corporate office as they heard everything and timed me going through the drive thru. I finally get the drink that was not even a caramel craze . It was milk and coffee. I called corporate again and told them - I basically got an iced coffee with NOOOO Caramel. I don’t want excuses for why things take long.. FIX THE PROBLEM AND PROVIDE A SERVICE IF YOU TO GET PAID FOR THE SERVICE .. THIS IS WHY TIPPING SHOULD BE BANDED AT A DRIVE THRU. Terrible TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I go into the store every day to get an iced coffee. For a while there, they were having a huge turnover in staff, but it seems to have stabled out. Every time I go in I order my coffee in a particular way and many times it’s already made before I order it. They are also kind and thorough and the store always looks clean. For those people who stopped going to this store because of the rude staff about 6-9 months ago, don’t worry as those people don’t work there anymore. I was one of those people and I know about 6-8 others who also stopped going. Go back!

Three teens working more interested in talking about personal lives and tic tok to acknowledge customers. Someone spilled at one of tables and all over the floor prior to us getting there. We were there more than 45 minutes and they never cleaned it up. It was still there when we left. One of the employees made a cold coffee for a drive through order and got caramel on his hand. He liked it and then picked up the coffee and took it to the window. NONE of them wore gloves to handle the donuts or food! Hot chocolate was watered down and the bacon we ordered was undercooked and cold. Will not be returning to this location.

I keep trying to give this place opportunities but it can never seem to give me a good experience......This time around sour tasting dairy in my coffee.I understand it happens but on top of that they always lock the door with no posting on it to use a different one. extremely frustrating at 7 am when you've got to be somewhere and instead you get in the drive thru because when you did your mobile order it was only thing available.Super dumb that can be prevented but goes to show the management is below average. This is my opinion from a customer stand point
