Not sure about the dine-in experience. Four months ago I was visiting family and stopped here to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich, til this day I still remember the great service. I swear the guy that was there was a manager or assistant manager named Sunny. Anyways, he was so kind!

Charged 1 dollar for a cup of water on top of the order. Just shameful. Water should be free and the cup should be free or at cost.

I used to stop at this location for coffee before taking my son to martial arts next door…until they charged me $1 for a cup of water. I completely wrote it off after that.

Nickle and diming your customers on ice water is a joke.

Staff is cool, coffee is almost always made the way you order it (for Dunkin that's an achievement), food is typically pretty good too.

Donuts were too stale to eat. What a shame because I used to really like this place.

Very nice assistant manager, i believe his name was Jose, he is extremely helpful when choosing my coffee selection. And doughnut. Kind and polite personnel. Ice Coffee with sweet cream best choice with a strawberry doughnut! Clean inside, and calming.

I used to love this location not just because my lattes were made consistently well but the dining room was always clean. What I’m really fed up with is the employees in the morning keep the door locked during business hours. This has happened more than once. This last time I walked up to the door and again it’s locked . She finally notices me and makes a circular motion with her hand to use the drive thru. At this point I’m done with this location. I’m taking the time to get out of my car and walk into the establishment and you’re keeping the door locked for potential guests. Are these business practices ok just at this location because I’ve been to other Dunkin locations and they don’t keep the door locked during business hours NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE. It’s too bad because the coffee was always good. I just won’t return mainly because of the way she handled the situation doing a circular motion with her hand. This is a really genius way to turn away customers. Could you imagine if you had a group of people show up to stop and have breakfast and they can’t because the door is locked. Great way to lose sales and customers. Bravo. I am going to reiterate that this is not the first occurrence that the door was locked DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin Donuts. This past Friday, the entire top of the croissant on my sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was burnt to a crisp. In addition, the lid for my coffee was not attached securely, so there was a spill in my vehicle when I put it in the cup holder.

I don't blame the employees for this. I believe they were nervous because the owner was there micromanaging the store. I have always had a bad experience with this location when the owner has been there. One time, he was outside trying to tell the customers which lane to drive in for the drive-thru.

If you are the owner and are reding this, do your employees a favor and sell the franchise. You probably think of yourself as some kind of astute businessman. You are no such thing.

If you think this is a random person complaining, think again. Ask your employees if there is a guy who always orders the sandwich above, 2 hash browns, an OJ, and a large hot coffee with cream and sugar. That order will never be made at your location again, and it is your fault as owner.

Did not have a pleasant experience at this Dunkin. Part of the order was sold out and part was missing (didn't notice until I got home). Overall Dunkin has also become more expensive for a worsening experience. Next time I will take my business to somewhere that makes fresh donuts like Shipley's or Lee's. Lesson learned.
Editing to add that I called the phone number to let them know about the missing food and the call was never answered with a full voicemail box. I had to dive back to the store, which was over 7 miles, for a solution.
Additional update: this is a couple weeks following this review and I still have not been contacted for a resolution even though I requested a response. I haven't heard great things about this location and I 100% agree.
