I stand by Dunkin and LOVE it. But I recently moved closer to this location and it is awful here! One time I ordered inside, and waited 5 minutes until someone helped me. You can see all the workers and not one person paid attention to me and they only had 2 cars in the drive thru!!! And when I go to the drive thru, I usually wait as well without being welcomed or even a simple, “hello.” They are so rude here and so I will definitely drive further just for another Dunkin location.

I am super disgusted right now. I didn’t think that I would have to make a post about it since I thought it was resolved but it wasn’t. So I got the 25 count munchkin assorted, and other food items but when I opened the box, I saw a hair literally baked inside the donut hole. I went back, the manager was a man (I’m assuming I always see him there) was extremely rude when I came back around, he threw my donut hole box to the side where obviously I couldn’t see what he was doing, he comes back to the window with a box….. WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A BRAND NEW BOX! Obviously I gave him the benefit of the doubt and just came home thinking he made it right. I came home AND ITS THE EXACT SAME BOX WITH THE DONUT HOLE HAIR! I’m so pissed off right now. The manager or owner whoever he is IS ALWAYS SO RUDE AND IN A BAD MOOD. I’ll never be coming to this location ever again.

If I order for pickup on doordash, there is no door dasher!!! I'm picking up my order!!! There's no confirmation!!! I'm not a doordasher!!! You see my order, exactly matches the only doordash order you have in front of your face, but refuse to give me my order because you can't give it to just anybody. I'm not just anybody, It's my order!! Are you stupid or are you dumb? Please pick a side! Cuz the way you handled the situation was outrageous!! I've never seen that, well there's always a first time for everything right?? You could have called someone who knows better, even another store and ask them what's the process for pickup orders. You decide to just stare at my phone, sit on your thumbs and refuse to give me my order I just paid for. Talk About Ridiculousness!! It's no wonder you have a 3 star rating, looking at previous reviews, I would've known better than to order from this location, If I could give -10 stars I would. Sorry to say but this location will not last much longer before it's shut down with Untrained employees and Bad Management.

Woke up at 5:30 to go get my babygirl a Sabrina Carpenter cup because she loves Sabrina Carpenter and I get there just to be told the manager locked them up in her office . Yesterday I was told they will start serving in those cups at 6am. I guess not.

Having a promotion for a free product but not releasing them until hours after opening is not only unfair to those who formed a line but wildly inconvenient. Shame on the manager for purposefully withholding the items knowing there was a line.

Arrived at 9:18 pm to purchase donuts and doors were locked. The hours showed closed at 10pm so we assummed it was drive thu. We drove to the marquee to order and no one answered. Waited about 10 minutes and drove off, juat to see a employee making faces at the drive thru window as if upset because cars were driving up and they closed early. I know she was the drive thru attendant as she had the head set on. This was very annoying as they clearly did not want to stay open until 10pm. It stinks when you have a pregnant aunt and cant fulfill her craving. Bad service.🤨

I stopped in to get some donut holes and got the driest holes I've ever seen. I don't think this could be considered a drop of glaze. Is glaze extra? I expect what you advertise as donuts holes. They're glazed on your advertisements and I pay legal tender. I didn't pay half the price, I shouldn't get less than what you advertised for my money, so I will take my money somewhere else.
