Being told the restroom was for employees only made me feel like I was asking for a favor instead of being a paying customer. It’s a small courtesy, but denying it makes the business feel unwelcoming and cheap.

I will NEVER EVER go back to Starbucks again me and hubby walked in after a long working night and we got the best service especially for being 4:15 AM !!! We got nothing but a welcoming environment👊 I didn’t get the young lady’s name but she changed my mind forever ❤️ with just with being soo kind and not looking bothered or rude unlike what I get from Starbucks every morning ☀️ thank to the whole staff again 🙌🙌
Me and my wife went inside to order, stood there at the register as multiple employees passed and never acknowledged us. Waited at least 5 minutes and left. Service is bad at this location

My vanilla cream was super dry, chocolate donut was mediocre if not bad tasting.... super disappointed, also variety sucked, why only like six flavors. I don't know what's happened to Dunkin but it's gone down hill....next I'll take the extra five mins to go to Krispy Kreme or go to a mom and pop bakery otw home.

I stand by Dunkin and LOVE it. But I recently moved closer to this location and it is awful here! One time I ordered inside, and waited 5 minutes until someone helped me. You can see all the workers and not one person paid attention to me and they only had 2 cars in the drive thru!!! And when I go to the drive thru, I usually wait as well without being welcomed or even a simple, “hello.” They are so rude here and so I will definitely drive further just for another Dunkin location.

The worst location in San Antonio!! Hair found in my donuts!!! Not one but 4 went back and the manager!! Tossed them in a new box and gave it back to me Rude and ignorant
