Super dirty. Kids were working and they were playing while we stood there ordering. $10 dollars for two small cups of ice cream is beyond crazy. I can pay it, if service was great and clean, but the place was dirty, trash overflowing and kids working and playing.

I went there today in the evening. Since my Dunkin rewards for free donuts were going to expire, I was disappointed to find out that the girl in the drive-thru didn't know what Dunkin rewards were. What's the use of scanning for rewards and offers if your employees don't even know how to use them?

We bought a strawberry banana smoothie and asked the cashier if it was dairy free. Cashier said yes. I assumed they blended with water. However, halfway through the smoothie, my stomach started twisting and hurting and looked up the ingredient list online and the smoothie is indeed made with regular whole milk. The cashier needs to know her menu. That’s very irresponsible, do not be negligent. People have awful reactions to milk and I’m one of them. Not to mention this smoothie took about 10 minutes to make! Awful service. Gave one star bc I submit this review with zero stars.
Great Friendly Service. Coffee is much better than Starbucks and cost less. Thanks Dunkin!

"I have a question: If the store closes at 10:00 pm and I arrive at 8:30 pm to order coffee, will it be an issue? Yesterday, during my visit to this branch, I encountered a rude cashier who seemed unwilling to serve me. This experience was quite upsetting, especially considering my initial excitement about the branch opening, given its proximity to my home. I hope my feedback reaches the branch manager." *I've visited the branch multiple times in the morning, and each time, the service was great, but not this time

Glad this place finally opened, willing to drive a little further for better quality. Dunkin closest to us on tpc parkway is always subpar. Very pleased with the Evans location. Fast service, yummy donuts, hot coffee and a perfectly cooked breakfast sandwich. Will return!
