This is the best Dunkin I have been too in a long time. When I walked in I was greeted right away and served very fast. She asked me how many shots of everything I requested and usually no one asks me that, they just put in whatever of what I requested. The barista was AWESOME today, great customer service. I will be back to this location

They can't seem to get orders right. I will give them that they did remake the drink and attempt to correct the food...I would really like coffee with the cream and milk or whatever you put in besides coffee. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side, plain cream cheese. They went to give me a bagel with everything and vegetable cream cheese. They corrected it or so I thought, Nope they still gave me the nasty vegetable one. I'm not a regular and I hate to be picky but the drink is horrible just really cream or milk maybe a shot of espresso but I had to add my own coffee to take the bitter and sweet away. I remember why I don't stop by often.

Lattes and donuts are always good. Outstanding customer service! Drive thru service was amazing! Very helpful! My neighbor Dunkin is the best!
I did a mobile order and arrived to pick it up and they state they didn’t receive my order. I received the confirmation but okay, things happen. The lady “helping “ me had no explanation, didn’t even apologize, and didn’t even offer to redo my order. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. NEVER AGAIN! I’ll be going somewhere else more helpful.
Order was not only wrong but half of what I ordered This is not the first time this has occurred at this location.
I never thought a basic Order would be so hard to fulfill

We waited for over 20 minutes and were not even acknowledged. When we told them we are ready to order the female worker stated twice that we are busy. The owner/ management needs to come in more often and teach the employees customers service and time management.
