ALWAYS out of Coffee Milk. Please 86 on the app if out. Pay $0.50 extra so it ACTUALLY tastes like coffee, then they're out 90% of the time, so end up just getting some sort of $6 glass of milk.... Although employees are always fantastic!

My goodness. Every time I come to this location they are missing SOMETHING. It's actually a running joke in my family. But today was final straw. This is total bullshit. 1 star for management being the worst inventory manager I've ever encountered at a fast food chain.
Whoever is in charge of that legit needs to be fired.
Not even joking, 2 of every 3 times I come, something is missing. Never coming back

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order just to find out they were out of every single doughnut I ordered. The shelves were completely empty, yet the app still let me buy items they didn’t have. When I mentioned that maybe they should update the menu, the manager snapped, “we haven’t had time,” while loudly yelling at an employee named Richard about not moving fast enough — in front of customers.
I had to go through the hassle of getting a refund because they literally had nothing, and it couldn’t even be done through the app. I had to go outside with my baby and come back in after waiting forever. And the final straw? The manager looked right at me and said, “Have the day you deserve.” When I replied “You too,” she smugly shot back, “Yes, mine will be great.”
That kind of attitude is disgusting and unprofessional. If your store is out of product, fine — but don’t take it out on customers and staff. This location is a complete joke and should be retrained or replaced entirely.

By far the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. I visited this location yesterday at 1:46PM. An order that should’ve taken 5 minutes (at the most) to prepare took well over 10 minutes. The only positive of this location is Jaden. Jaden took my order, prepared my order, and attended to me at the window. All this while the other 3 people were talking to one another and doing absolutely nothing. Once I noticed why there was a delay, I commended Jaden for their hard work and told them I would be doing the survey to get them some real help. Thank you Jaden!

Ordered through uber eats. None of the items were available and when I called the store on what to do I was asked to cancel the order. I end up calling uber support and notify them the store asked me to cancel the order, they contact the store and said that did not happen. Now im out 20 dollars. Horrible staff and location

I’ve been ordering my iced coffees and sweets here so far it’s inconvenient, whether it’s drive thru or uber eats. This location is always out of something, ice cream, bananas, egg for sour dough breakfast by the way sandwich was over cooked. Unfortunately I wont be going back, such a shame it’s close by to where I live.

Nothing is ever in stock, worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too, even when I’ve gone early in the morning there always out of stock of donuts or bagels, once it was 7 am and they were out of sausage
they don't know what they're doing.
they didn't have the ingredients to make me a drink that was on their menu so I asked them to make my second drink like my first (I ordered online) and they couldn't even do that. they were both different.
waste of my money.
