Amazing service from Mikaila! She’s super attentive and makes sure every order is perfect. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back.

Walked in this morning at 9:30 am and no customers and 3 employees were working and all of them looked at me and no acknowledgment of any sort. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another six minutes and still nothing I’ll never Buy from this establishment ever again.

We had such a great experience today it was worthy of mentioning. Originally we had actually ordered at the shirts location, which was absolutely horrible. And we were willing to buy another coffee at this one because we need some coffee. And the employee here Cindy went way above and beyond and took care of us. Not only did she fix the other store’s mistake, but she remade the entire coffee and made sure it was to our satisfaction before we left. Really thought that was amazing customer service on her part. I never experienced anyone like that at Dunkin before this. Cindy deserves to be recognized as a great employee and values customers. Completely reversing our negative feelings towards the company as a whole.

Horrible customer service! We walked in and were left standing with no greeting or acknowledgment. The employee was only focused on the drive-thru and didn’t even take a second to say, “I’ll be with you.” After he finished with the drive-thru, he completely ignored us and went to the back, leaving us waiting for at least 15 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable service. They seriously need training on how to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. Will not be coming back.

The service here was honestly terrible. I waited over 15 minutes for a simple coffee while the staff stood around chatting and ignoring customers. No greeting, no apology, just attitude. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by showing up. Definitely not the Dunkin’ experience I expected.

This location needs to look at their ordering as they are consistently out of stock of certain ice cream flavors. Their staff is fine but when the menu board in their drive thru seems more like a suggestion it's hard to be happy with what you order. Even when they have what you want the quality is a toss up with what you'll get.

Apparently, handing someone a drink and a bag of food separately is too advanced for this drive-thru. This morning, the employee shoved both items out the window in one awkward grip like a toddler offering a gift. Naturally, the bag fell, and I had to pull forward, park, and get out of my vehicle just to retrieve my order off the pavement, which was dehumanizing. Not sure if this was a coordination issue, a training failure, or just a bold new approach to customer service, but handing items one at a time isn’t exactly quantum physics. Let’s maybe start there.
Cindy was amazing. She single handedly ensured I had my 42 boxes of donuts ready for me to take to my job (hospital) for nurses week. I was very impressed with her efficiency and I was grateful and thankful. This young lady needs to be recognized. You washed my concerns because this was my first time using this store! Because of her, I will recommend your establishment to my military coworkers. You have a gem here in your store. God bless.

Very clean location, staff was friendly. There was a mishap with my receipt being printed but no biggie. The register was having issues but that is not the store associate's fault. The seating in this location was very pleasant and clean love that it is well kept

My only issue with this location is that every time I've been here they serve cold donuts. Almost taste like they just got taken from the freezer and defrosted. I've gone when they just opened several times and yet child donuts. You'd think In morning fresh made at least warm but nope ice cold. And the coffee is eh....I miss the old Dunkin chain from years ago. The quality was way way better and so was the coffee.. Nothing tastes like the old Dunkin anymore that they were known for and built their image on. That's why businesses begin failing going main stream and altering what projects they use for convenience. It takes from quality and taste and is never the same.
There's literally no point to ordering ahead on the app. It takes just as much, if not more, time than ordering there. No one else in the drive thru, and no one in the building but employees
