I truely hope this gets to a manager I came in on a Sunday and went through drive thru and Jerimiah Was so rude to me when I asked for cup holder and got mad and said I have to just come in the store so I just left I have had an attitude from jerimiah Every time I come in I’m starting to feel discriminated against and I love the coffee but I refuse to ho to this location. Because staff is very un professional and unclean

I asked the round guy with glasses if I could leave a tip on my card he harshly said NO. Okay.. Then he took my order taking pictures of the donuts to send to his boss but it seemed like that was all that mattered.. I remember when Baskin employees had a cheery attitude but I guess those days are over😔 I've cream used to be fun now it's this

Horrible experience. My friend simply asked for her receipt for her online order she placed and she was met with rudeness and so much hostility from a supposed “shift leader”, I understand people might have personal issues but that shouldn’t be taken out on customers. He said he wasn’t required to give her receipt for drinks she paid for and said she had to leave. He then dialed the police because he refused to give her the receipt which is absolutely insane. Have your employees do better, dunkin.

Shift leaders here are terrible, I’m highly uncomfortable and unsatisfied with the customer service given, it’s not taught or reinforced. When a shift leader shows no empathy or compassion towards customers it’s cause for concern and frustration. I was told “I started it” when I asked said shift leader Jerimiah “Do you know what empathy is?” Which he then replied, “yes,” and I responded “you should show it more.” And he figured that was means to be incredibly disrespectful and rude. Insinuating and accusing me of being a “shitty human being with terrible attitude” and figured calling the Non Emergency Police Department on me was a way to make matters okay, or better. Which of course was not the case. I waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes. I was met with an unsatisfactory drink. I asked for a remake, which he refused. I asked for a receipt after he decided he was unable to make a drink. Lazy behavior. If he would stop the donuts maybe he’d have the energy to make my drink again or reprint a receipt.

This particularly Dunkin Donuts is the best. People are so nice and no matter what time I go, the sausage egg cheese breakfast in croissant is so delicious I mean perfect, never burnt, never smelling bad and the Kolache is so delicious and the coffee never ever tastes old. I’m so impressed And the young man with the green eyes is so kind and professional and the manager is lovely and never rude. It’s my go to place when I wake up late and I know that at 12:30 or 1pm I’m going to get the best breakfast through the drive through. Amen

Today 7.9.25 found a hair on the wrap and when asked the lady in drive thru to remake it she had an attitude and threw the bag and when I asked to speak w a manager some AA lady said she was it. Unprofessional and unsanitary

I absolutely love Dunkin’ Donuts! Whether I'm grabbing a quick breakfast or treating myself to an afternoon pick-me-up, Dunkin’ always hits the spot. Their donuts are fresh, soft, and delicious.
The service is fast and friendly, and I appreciate how many locations there are, making it super convenient. The prices are also reasonable, especially with their app deals and rewards program.

There was a male gay employee that made it very uncomfortable for me. He kept making sexual comments twords me while taking my order. Very disappointed in Dunkin donuts they should have him fired . This was five weeks ago do not come to this spot at all!

I came here on Mother’s Day to get my Mom her favorite donut and a Sweet Tea alongside a Tea for myself. The Cashier was polite though never smiled.
No the true issue with today’s visit involves the teas. Calling it “bilge water” would be an understatement for how foul the drinks are.
Honestly, it tastes like I was given tea that was brewed back in April.
The next issue is the Survey…why am I NOT able to go to the website and file my POV there?

I have come to this local at least two times and even though I request oat milk in my lattes I am given regular milk… this is the second time I am not going to be coming to this location in the future, it’s like the kids working there don’t care about dietary restrictions especially when asked if an alternative milk to be used. Thank you for making me waste 5.00 for a matcha latte and eating my break time.
