I went on 1/17… the coffee was terrible and not at all what I ordered. I wasn’t greeted at the window I was told by the male at the window “what do you want”. I’ve complained several times to corporate but this happens every time at this location. Someone always wants to argue with me or give attitude at the window. Just find a new job if it’s that miserable in there idk the dynamics of Dunkin’ Donuts but still not excuse.

They should close this location it’s a shame because it is very close to my house but I rather drive long distances than keep experiencing the horrible service at the Dunkin’ Donuts by the forum Never has good variety of donuts employees are horrible always ready to say they are closed or about to close NEVER WILL TRY TO DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!

The service was extremely quick. Too quick. I asked for a medium latte got half of a cold coffee that looked like all the cream n extras were gone a leathery slightly warm bagel that I could barely chew. Needless to say. It was disgusting. This was the first and the last time u got here. Just disgusting. I feel like they gave me their old personal coffee.

Just left this location before heading to the other side of town where I live, and halfway home I realized there was 0 chocolate in my “Dubai chocolate shake” there was only chunks of pistachio, pistachio ice cream, whipped cream, pistachio sauce and the crunchy knafeh strips. We thought that maybe there was chocolate chips in the drink, but we shortly realized it was only pistachio chunks. Upon letting them know I didn’t receive chocolate in my shake, the boy who made my shake claimed he did put chocolate. Im just going to leave this photo here, and let you decide. Our drink, food and service from Dunkin however, was fantastic.

Worst coffee I ever got from Dunkin Donuts and I have been drinking it for 30 yrs plus. Ordered 3 drinks. 2 of them was way too sweet and the other one was luke warm,not even hot.
Very poor selection of doughnuts, they were almost out of everything. The door slams behind you when you walk in and out. I think I’ll just stick to Shipley’s or Krispy Creme.

I truely hope this gets to a manager I came in on a Sunday and went through drive thru and Jerimiah Was so rude to me when I asked for cup holder and got mad and said I have to just come in the store so I just left I have had an attitude from jerimiah Every time I come in I’m starting to feel discriminated against and I love the coffee but I refuse to ho to this location. Because staff is very un professional and unclean

I asked the round guy with glasses if I could leave a tip on my card he harshly said NO. Okay.. Then he took my order taking pictures of the donuts to send to his boss but it seemed like that was all that mattered.. I remember when Baskin employees had a cheery attitude but I guess those days are over😔 I've cream used to be fun now it's this
