I have Never Had Donuts that we're made with such poor effort. I called the manager to give my experience he informed me that it was a new hire. I don't blame the new hire. Manager irresponsible attention to his store should be redirected .

Went about 3am said they had fresh donuts, but they were cold, no longer have anything with cinnamon or apple crumble donuts or long John’s or Bavarian cream donuts, sad ! Come to find out the next day that all their donuts now come frozen, no longer cooked in house, so sad! This was my favorite place for donuts, but not any more, Krispy Kreme here I come, at least their donuts are made fresh! Dunkin’ bring back the old days, please, respectfully R. Tabares

Had to wait in 10 car line to reach the window to order . Only to find out they didnt have half the menu items. Then after I ordered I parked and was relentlessly honked at by someone the manager knew , the manager came out to tell me to move my car which I refused since I was waiting on a friend to finish using the restroom , after he came out of the restroom he let me know there was trash all over the floor , piss on the toilet seat , and DEAD ROACHES just chillin on the floor . 40 minutes and $20 minutes wasted

I went to this place at 10:13 p.m last night. As I get off the vehicle so that I can pull the door to go inside with my kids. I see the workers there and it is a guy and a lady. They see me but they do not make any type of acknowledgment. The guy goes to the back with a tray and the girl hides behind the counter. The app says that the restaurant is open 24 hours since the door had the hours of operation I just assumed that there was a miscommunication. As I'm going to get in my vehicle another vehicle comes in and the two gentlemen try to open the door and then I tell them the restaurant is closed. One of the gentlemen's tells me I'm here for doordash. It's not until the gentleman shows the workers the app on his phone. Well it was because he was there to pick up an order so that meant that it was still open. Although I physically make eye contact with the guy and the girl and they did not communicate anything to me, they just stared at me.So I went through the drive-thru and I ordered three hot chocolates and then I order donuts. The person the drive-thru tells me we don't have any donuts we don't have anything. I was like you don't have anything as far as what she says we don't have much of anything we don't have any type of donuts and then I asked her what do you have. She proceeds to tell me that she does not have anything. I cancel my order and I go past the drive-thru window. I go through the drive-thru window so that I can speak with someone physically and I tell her that would be nice to know that y'all don't have any donuts by informing the customer at the drive thru like a sign. I asked her when are y'all going to have more donuts and then she replies we're waiting for the baker to make the donuts,I say okay how long would that take? Her: I don't know how long it takes? Me: ok well how long does it usually take? Her: I don't know and then I proceeded to ask her what is your manager's name and then she says I don't know. So this dunkin' donuts location does not know anything I would recommend that if you're wanting to get a fresh coffee or a drink or a meal or a pastry I would advise you to NOT stop here. Because it looks like they don't know anything. I called today so that I can speak with someone and no answer. If I can give this place no stars I would but doesn't give me an option.

I have tried over 4 times at different times to come a get a toasted coconut doughnut which is on the magnet things they have on the pole, which makes you assume they have it. Never do they have barvarian cream nor, toasted coconut not sugar or powder.

Oct 30 Linda and Emanuel were slammed with customers. They were the only ones working , dealing with angry customers because of wait time, They kept their composure and provided exemplary customer service. They both deserve some type of recognition!

Went two days in a row as I love Dunkin’ Donuts and both days coffee was cold!! I attributed the first day to it being later in the day but still that’s no excuse!! Second day coffee was not only cold but bagel was as hard as a rock!! Hate to say it but Dunkin might be losing its edge very disappointed customer
