Hey if you are hungry do NOT come to THIS location around lunchtime because you will pass out from hunger and thirst. I believe they have ONE person working both the drive through and the dining room register. There is one person working the grill. This is bananas!🍌 If you are looking for a job this location obviously need

Horrible service as always
I've been going to Dunkin Donuts since the early 70's here in San Antonio and tonight's experience was by far the worst. Only 2 poorly trained employees (no hair restraints) on duty, no manager in the store and unfortunately nobody knew the menu. I paid $15.00 for two hot drinks that weren't what I ordered (the employees claimed Chai Tea Lattes weren't on the menu.) and two stale "specialty donuts". I couldn't receive a Senior discount because the Manager wasn't in the store.
Dunkin once was cheaper than Starbucks with better quality, but not anymore. This location has a rotating cast of employees who appear to have little if any training. Sad. There was a time this was a good location, but currently no one seems to care.

Always different employees so food/coffee is never consistent.
today I got a burnt kolache and coffee grounds in my coffee with a lid that didn't fit. Might have to settle for gas station coffee from now on.

Stop by to get some cream filled donuts thinking they would be freshly baked to my surprise the donuts probably were sitting there all day and they are very dry like expired ones out of date so never again will I go there

having you pull around to submit a mobile order in two seconds vs when people take 5 minutes to review the board at the drive thru okay…? and when asked they just said it’s a timer. That’s usually not to order lol and I legit just drove around and came back for no reason.

Ordered online, some glitch happened in the system while ordering and didn't get my free donut as stated in the Wednesday free promotion. Nor did they try to accommodate it either. So much for great customer service.

They were not shocked up with a variety of doughnuts only a few flavors and doughnut holes
My father founded Dunkin’ and when I wanted to revisit this branch I was horrified. The “Broken” Espresso machine is not broken, And there was green mold in my water.

The manager at this location has a lack of customer service. She is rude and seems like she hates her job. I come almost every morning because it's a block away from work but never again. SHE SUCKS....never had a problem with any of the other employees by the way
