This is about my 3rd time visiting this location and everyone is so nice! I wanted to call out someone that is nice every time…she’s so sweet & patient! If you’re like me and never know which ice coffee to try, ask WENDY! She is amazing and gets my drinks right every single time! Wendy is literally the reason I come to Dunkin Donuts! Somebody give Wendy a raise expeditiously! You’re appreciated!

Opened 24 hours had a crew there but REFUSED TO WORK BECAUSE IT WAS NOT THE OVER NIGHT CREW. Only when I asked to speak to an area manager did they want to take my order. Yeah uh. No thanks

Had a young girl with purple hair in drive thru act so rude to my dad who is a 80 yr old vet. And she was rude with me as well. I don't know what her problem was or why she acted like that. Also order was wrong , so we went right back since we got charged extra for a coffee cake muffin and when I finally got coffee muffin it was old and hard and she took food back from us, like we were trying to get free food. When it was their mistake and only one donut was wrong. I gladly gave her back her cinnamon roll and drove off. Strongly recommend the Starbucks next door to avoid rude staff here.
The frosting game here is mid. All the donuts have the smallest amount of frosting ever! Donuts are good though.

The ice cream tasted fine but the order was half missing. If you're taking my money for bananas and an a waffle cone, then I expect to receive one. If you don't have those things, two seconds to convey that information will not kill you. Pushing out a half effort because you're ready to go home: it's not my fault you're open. You wouldn't want to go somewhere and get the same treatment: I'm confident you wouldn't.

Ordered the hash brown scramble, it was cold because the hash browns were still frozen :( also paid extra for cold foam, no cold foam on my coffee. This location seems to have a lot of bad service unfortunately.
