I got a coffee and a grilled cheese which was burnt coffee was good, I feel bad the manager seemed to be yelling at her employees where customers could hear. Super unprofessional honestly feel like if she hadn’t been yelling my food would have been great. No one works well when being yelled at

We really love Dunkin but to get our orders wrong twice in a week is frustrating. Last Sunday they didn’t add caramel to my Macchiato and then this morning they didn’t put cream in the coffee. Just want to have our coffees made correctly.

I really like Dunkin coffee. I appreciate that many of the specialty coffee drinks can be made with decaf unlike most other fast food restaurants like McDonald's as an example. I go to this location frequently and I have never had my order messed up. I am deducting two stars for the food because a certain percentage of the food items are way overpriced for what you get and some are literally a scam like the hash browns with melted cheese and bacon bits. It cost $3.99 vs....
