Usually a pretty top notch location, however sometimes they don't have the blueberry glaze cake donuts and today the building was closed at 6:10PM despite having hours posted until 9PM. A little strange.

Customer service is not good, no thank yous, have a nice day, when they mess up they give attitude instead of saying okay I’ll fix it no problem. This isn’t the first time sadly How do you ask if I want hot or iced I say hot you give me iced, didn’t even give me half my order, I had to ask if I pull forward bc the guy didn’t even respond after taking my order. Honestly the employees were great but are obviously over worked. This location is way understaffed. 2 people to handle drive through and counter sales for both Baskin Robins and Dunkin?! That’s crazy, especially on a Saturday morning. Big shout out to Abby and Charlize for holding it together and doing so with a smile. I hope ownership and management truly value you as real assets.
