Honestly the employees were great but are obviously over worked. This location is way understaffed. 2 people to handle drive through and counter sales for both Baskin Robins and Dunkin?! That’s crazy, especially on a Saturday morning. Big shout out to Abby and Charlize for holding it together and doing so with a smile. I hope ownership and management truly value you as real assets. I did an online order and by accident I ordered at this location. I immediately caught it and called to get no answer. I have called 11 times back to back with no answer and a full voicemail which doesn’t allow me to leave a message. There is no way the location is that busy to answer.
