The location is understaffed. It took me 15-20 minutes to get an iced coffee and wrap in the drive thru. There was nobody ahead of me.A few cars pulled up behind me and it was taking so long that they drove off. If the store is trying to conserve labor, I get it but they’re missing out on sales as a result of being so short handed.

Pure incompetence! At breakfast time, we ordered the bagels and biscuits from the menu, and the cashier processed without telling us they were out of all those items. The manager was yelling frantically about other things to the staff. I asked for a refund, but even that was too difficult for the cashier. The constant yelling from the manager was insufferable. Previous experience here has been mainly slow service.

I use to prefer DD’s when I’m in a rush but now it feels like a total waste of time & money. This LOCATION especially! The HARDEST, STAIL TASTING DONUTS & your coffee will be brewed with day old or not enough grounds so it taste like water & milk ? … other locations are not this bad

It was my first time in there. They're very patient with me, I usually go through drive-thru. The stuff was amazing. Very clean store. Great location. When I'm in the area I will definitely be coming back. I would recommend to everybody and it's a 10 out of 10. I got a dozen mini donuts, churro latte with that donut skewer ?. AMAZING ?

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the franchise bar none, they don’t have what you order, and when they do it’s cold. They are putting a new one in near stone oak pkwy…hopefully that will be a better store that has products in stock.

Some of the workers are kind of physically and mentally slow… they never understand what you’re trying to say and is always upcharging for no reason. I ordered a small iced coffee, and asked if they can put it in a medium cup because I wanted a lot more ice and staff wants to charge me for a medium because I am now “ordering for a medium sized coffee”, when I’m clearly not.

I got food poisoning from this Dunkin’ donuts on 1/3/24. I got a small latte, avocado toast and munchkins. Have been sick for over 24 hours. Never coming again.
I ordered a kolache and Boston cream donut this morning. The sausage in the kolache was still ice cold/ frozen and the Boston Cream didn’t have any cream. :(

We go almost every morning for my son’s breakfast before school. It takes 20 minutes or more to get 2 donuts and sometimes longer. It seems like they take an order and complete it before they can start the next one. Some mornings we just have to leave before getting anything because it is taking too long.

Got in and sandwich wasn’t ready, was waiting patiently while they were working and one lady sending texts, a different lady asked if I still needed anything and I informed her about the missing sandwich. They said they dont have it. Turkey egg and cheese. So I ordered a sausage egg and cheese. I got bacon ?
