While service at the window was good, the car that pulled up after me had their order taken first even though the girl taking orders made direct eye contact with me. I’ve never had a negative experience at Dutch Bros before. Not understanding why, in such a long line, they wouldn’t go in proper order.

They took over 10 minutes to make my walk up order. I don't understand how the drive thru got past first. I tried to cancel after 12 min to get refund and they said I had to wait as I had ordered a hot drink and they have to steam twice. Finally got my warm, not hot drinks. Super frustrating

Came here while on vacation, I have always had a great experience at Dutch Bros across the country until coming here. We places our order while waiting in line and once we got to the window we were never greeted or even spoken to by anyone. As the girl was handing us our drinks at the window, I said thank you and she replied by saying “mhm” and walked away. I was honestly shocked at how rude she was. I wouldn’t recommended this location to anyone and I will drive out of my way to go to a different location in the future. I go to Dutch Bros for the friendly environment and this location is definitely not it!

Sweet Venus
Placed order through mobile app, arrived and let the barista know my name for the order. Waited 10 minutes for order to be prepared as the store was busy. Once my name was called I realized there must have been another person with the same name as mine and I resolved the issue with the barista at the window. I did not complain or give the barista any indication that I was upset that the orders got mixed up. However the barista took it upon herself to talk badly about me with her coworkers behind the pick up window that was still open. Saying “I guess there were two orders under the same name. I don’t car if she’s mad, I’m off tomorrow she can get over it.” With no indication from me that I was upset, she had no reason to be so unprofessional with her coworkers behind the window.

This is our second visit and definitely not our last most of these are based off TT recommendations:) but the top secret banana crème was a 10/10 soooooo good! My hubby loved his, my daughter loved hers! So good and loved the vibes at the pickup window
