Dutch Bros in general really needs to address this bee problem. Second drink of mine where I found a bee in it. First one, was a hot drink and I actually felt the dead bee in my mouth and spat it out. This was at the Alamo Ranch location. Now today at the Potranco location, I drank my whole ice coffee and then saw a floating dead bee in the melted ice hours later. So gross. At the least they should check cups before making the drinks. Back to Starbucks I go.

Service was not that good at all. I ordered ahead at 737 for 742 and when I arrived in the drive thru the lady in front of me had not even ordered for a while. I’m thinking my drink will definitely come out before hers because she didn’t even order until the guy came out with his tablet. Nope, she ordered after me and got her drink completed before mine.
Then they hand me a drink and said I got the last of the sprinkles… there was maybe 10 of that. But I bet she had some being that they were on the counter.
Anyways finally got mine at 745. Very disappointing.
On top of that, no WiFi available when I was waiting in the car in front of me to have her order and needed to log in for work.
Very interesting.
Just not a good experience.

Just tried this place and wow, the coffee is seriously amazing! They have so many different flavors to choose from, it's hard to pick just one. Plus, the service was super quick and the staff were all really nice. I'll definitely be coming back here for my coffee fix. Highly recommend stopping by!

Dutch Bros. is a nice place to hit before you run your errands. I like the Golden Eagle, and they have some tasty holiday specials. The staff are always friendly! We usually choose to come here for coffee instead of Dunkin' or Starbucks. I think that the lack of intercom on the drivethrough is strange but honestly its nice to give an order to a person instead of at a speaker. Also, there is no indoor seating, so if you wanna stop you'll just have to park nearby.
