I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but every time I get a blended drink or a smoothie there’s big chunks of ice and the entire drink has very little flavor. I have gotten the same drinks from other locations and haven’t ran into that issue. Is it a huge deal? No but when I’m paying $9 for a drink, I expect it to be made correctly. I wish I had taken pics of the ice chunks but I always forget before they melt.

Super slow. The baristas care more about long conversations at the window when the lines are long af (after handing them the drinks). Customer service was good, but there should be another person helping take outside orders or something

Ordered 2 large Red Bull Aftershocks with “light ice” and they filled both cups only 3/4 of the way. I imagine they only fill them 1/2 way when you ask for “no ice”.

SLOW! Hire more people for lunch hour so that your customers don't have to spend 15+ mins to get thru the drive thru. Also the two lane system is not effective! 3 cars that pulled up after me got attended before us cars in the 2nd lane!

Super chill spot to enjoy my morning coffee if they have tables, if not I grab my favorite item and bounce. People there real easy going and still get your coffee.

I ordered online. I was in no rush what so ever. It’s a nice day so I got off and didn’t mind waiting by the window. The girl at the window ask “if it was an online order?” I said yes but I am in no rush to take their time. When they brought my drink to me the girl at the window told me. “Ordering online doesn’t mean you can skip the line. So next time it’ll tell you when your order will be ready for pick up”. I told her I didn’t mind the wait they didn’t need to rush my order. I felt like that was really unprofessional.

Today was my first time trying this place and thanks to Hannah I can confidently say that I will be returning to try more drinks.

I loved the welcoming vibe and positive customer service.

I also was lucky enough to enjoy my first drink on the house by downloading the app. Here is my rating on what I tried:

I like this place... especially all the drink combinations. The funny thing is I don't drink coffee. DB has plenty of other drinks available.

This was my go to store but luckily other ones have opened I can choose from. The staff is nice which really gives them the extra two stars but the quality of the drinks here have gone down hill. I typically get the iced rebel drinks but the last few times they barely mix any of the flavors into them. Either the drink is just a Red Bull with a splash of the flavor or they only put like 3 ice cubes in my drink.

Wanted to walk up and order but they decided they had to clear the entire drive thru before they could even take my order. Took 20 minutes just for them to take my order. After he said he'd take my order in 10-15 min. I might as well have gone through the drive thru. Why even have a walk up option?? I used to love coming to this location. Now I avoid it if I can. The drinks aren't great anymore, probably from not cleaning the espresso machines like I overheard the employees talking about. Go back to the quality customer service you're known for. Someone sure wanted to help when they saw me taking that picture though

EDIT TO ADD: okay corporate Dutch is on point because they replied to this review and my emails super quickly. They more than fixed the issue and though I may avoid this location I will stand behind the brand because Dutch Bros is just the best. I loved the quality of service I received from their feedback team ? thank you guys so much.

Drink tasted VERY good. Customer service was VERY good. But... they poured a LOT of chocolate syrup on TOP of the lid. Since the lid is clear I thought the chocolate was UNDER the lid were it was supposed to be. I drank the coffee while driving and when I got there I had chocolate all over my seat belt and shirt. I didn't notice it dripping at all.
