I have been doing to Dutch Bros by Potranco for maybe 2 years. Since I moved I tried this one, honestly ordered an hour ahead through the app. I go to pick it up and the order was still not ready at all. It was a bit frustrating and with that the location is constantly busy.

I hate to give a bad review but they gave my Boyfriend something we did not order that he’s allergic to!! Ordered a regular horchata chai latte and received a strawberry horchata chai. He is allergic to berries! They also put soft top and cinnamon on his drink when it was only ordered on the coffee. Lady at the window is a horrible listener. Too busy talking about what she’s getting for dinner to get our order properly made. Wasted my BOGO reward too.

Such a lovely experience at Dutch Bros today! I went through the drive-through and was helped by Serenity, who was super friendly and helpful. I’ve never ordered an energy drink before, but she recommended the Lizard Drink, and it was amazing! It tasted great, and I’m definitely going to be back to try more. Highly recommend!
I usually don’t leave reviews often, but I’ve been coming here for 2 years straight, every morning, sans literally 3 days of the year. And Every morning these gals and pals kill it! I suck at names, but I always feel so welcome by everyone anyways. Coffee is delectable every time and the energy is chill. Great stuff, better and cheaper than ⭐️💵… Figured it’s about time I left a review!
