Usually have a good experience at this location. Today the girl in the gray shirt was not it. I feel like I was being nice I just talk fast and she was very short with me and the girl with red hair was nice but the first girl met me at the window and didn’t say a single word to me. Sad to leave like this today but oh well I guess. Hope her day gets better. Btw I love the mangonada rebels are back!

This location features a broista who is unpleasant regardless of the time of day or businesses. I’ve gone when it’s been busy and slower and she always has a permanent frown. That’s not the company culture I’m used to receiving.

I been going to almost all Bros in San Antonio and one out of town and had great service. This little girl/women woke up not liking her job. One I gave her a 20.00 and she didn’t even know how to count back for my change. After I gave her my order I asked her do I give u my number for my points? Yea so went on and cashed me out than I asked her so u need my number? OH U HAVE TO TELL ME BEFORE I TAKE UR ORDER! So I told her ok SO UR TELLING ME I DONT GET POINTS TODAY BECAUSE IM THE ONE THAT HAS TO TELL U BEFORE I ORDER? And you don’t tell us HI ARE TOU USING UR APP TODAY? Thanks I drove off before I catch a case. So ppl tell them ur number or show ur app because they won’t ask. And ur losing points.

We were waiting in line to order and out of no where a woman in a white truck pulled in fast, forced her way in, and cut in front of us from the outside lane. The girl taking orders didn’t even say anything. We pulled out and left and told her we would never be back to that location again. Shame on both of them!

About a 15 min wait just to order at the window , I’m not sure if they were understaffed but the car behind us drove off because there was no one taking orders, I almost did the same.
Joy is the best!! She’s super friendly, even at 5 am, she was very helpful - recommended the app and I got a free drink, my drink was tasty but Joy made the experience. We had 2 nice chats two days in a row. I always appreciate anyone who’s super friendly, kind and great at their job. Highly recommend this location!
