Given the grab and go set up of the Dutch Bros franchise model, it is obviously meant to increase efficiency and quantity. However, wait times of 10+ minutes is not acceptable. Starbucks handles 2x the demand while maintaining speed and quality. This particular location could improve in this regard.

By far, the best coffee place I’ve ever been to. Everyone there is extremely friendly, fast, and good at making drinks. This is the first place I’ve been to where the staff remembers my drink order without me even saying it. I’ve been going to this location since they opened up, and I can’t recommend it more. Even when they’re slammed, they’re always super nice. You can tell that they enjoy their job and care about what they do. 11/10

By far, the best coffee place I’ve ever been to. Everyone there is extremely friendly, fast, and good at making drinks.
