If you come to this Dutch Bros between 6 to 8am be prepared to sit in the line for 30minutes. They are slow. The first time, i get it, things happen, but after sitting in line for over 30minutes, i will not be back for the mediocre coffee this place puts out. Do yourself a favor and stop somewhere else.

This crew was so sweet and accommodating! I was on my way home from my first day at work and wanted to get a celebratory drink for having survived my first day! (Lol) but the Dutch bros I stopped at (not this one) messed up my drink bad, it was very bitter and the soft top tasted warm. But by the time I took my first sip I was already halfway home. So I stopped at this location and explained to them my situation and they were quick to fix it and remake my drink! Little so sweet and they wanted to double check and make sure I tried it before leaving to make sure it was to my liking! YOU GUYS ROCK!

I've gone to this location several times and although everyone is very nice, there's a clear lack of consistency when it comes to quality and value of the drinks and goodies. I've gone to this location several times for sticker drops or other goodies and it's very rare I'll actually get the item even though I see patrons before and after me get it. I've brought this up several times online but it's clear if you don't get your drink at the drive thru window, you won't get what you paid for and the sticker or goodie drop. Although the email customer service is very nice, I don't think they are relaying the complaints to the actual location. Otherwise, the location is encouraging the Broistas to purposefully exclude customers that utilize the walk up window and ordering ahead. No one wants to be excluded, especially if they went for the sticker! Also, I highly suggest not getting drinks at the walk up window, it's rare they make the drinks correctly. I've had too many drinks were I paid for extras and get none of it.

Let me tell you! 27 mins waiting at the walk up line for coffee is insane! The drive thru line was cleared out twice while I waited with 3 people ONLY in front of me.

I stopped by Dutch Bros for a quick pick-me-up, and the baristas, Iran and Hailey, went above and beyond! They didn’t just make my day—they made my pup’s day too! Both of them were incredibly friendly and brought such positive energy. I love their vibe! Iran and Hailey were the highlight of my Thursday; not to mention, they make the best pup cups in town :) #raise

Second day in a row I ordered a large Dutch freeze and was given a drink that was just whipped coffee (air). It melted in seconds and only filled the cup half way. I guess the machine is down but no explanation was given they just took my money. I tried to call but the number given was to HQ out of state that rang and rang until they told me to just hang up. No service recovery and terrible coffee.

Got in line, order taker went inside. Waited 15 minutes and the line didn't move and no orders were taken further. Can't rate anything but the epic staffing and service fail for the 1030 rush.
