This crew was so sweet and accommodating! I was on my way home from my first day at work and wanted to get a celebratory drink for having survived my first day! (Lol) but the Dutch bros I stopped at (not this one) messed up my drink bad, it was very bitter and the soft top tasted warm. But by the time I took my first sip I was already halfway home. So I stopped at this location and explained to them my situation and they were quick to fix it and remake my drink! Little so sweet...
I stopped by Dutch Bros for a quick pick-me-up, and the baristas, Iran and Hailey, went above and beyond! They didn’t just make my day—they made my pup’s day too! Both of them were incredibly friendly and brought such positive energy. I love their vibe! Iran and Hailey were the highlight of my Thursday; not to mention, they make the best pup cups in town :) #raise
This establishment is one of the finest I have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff members demonstrate a genuine commitment to fostering relationships with their customers. Cameron, Maddie, and Nadia, in particular, stand out for their exceptional customer service. It is evident that the leadership team is actively involved in ensuring a positive customer experience.
