I stopped by on Wednesday August 14th at about 6:30pm. The girl at the drive through did not have good customer service. I felt as if I was a bother stopping by. I'm used to coming by and being greeted with positive vibes. Pretty disappointed. My drink was good though!

My boyfriend ordered a golden eagle as is, so tell me why it had no whip cream and just a blob of caramel? Even though she asked if I wanted to caramel drizzle on it. Also, no straw. I'm not coming to this one again.

The employees were debating me on how my drink should be made when I always go there. I didn’t appreciate that. This is not my usual location, I’ll stick to mine.
On top of it, the drink needed up being carbonated. I ordered an ice latte… poor listening skills and disregard for clients.
Best coffee out there hands down. Love the conversational service at the pull up window.

Absolutely love Dutch Bros. Unlike other places they have drink options you can choose from. You can also create your own drink if that's what you like. They have enough options to not want to stray from the menu. Customer service is top tier the Chik Fila of coffee. Also sugar free options.

I didn't rate the food or atmosphere on my visit to the Nacadoches Dutch Bros on Friday March 29th at about 11:45 am, because I never got that far. I have been a Dutch Bros fan-boy for years, since my first experience with them in Idaho over a decade ago. I have been to this location before too, and enjoyed terrific service (as usual). I don't use drive-through lanes (it's complicated), and always go to the walk-up window. I stood at the walk-up window for about five minutes (the window was closed which is not unusual if nobody's there -- keeps the insects out). Nobody acknowledged me standing there as they were moving around inside; it's not uncommon for staff to give a hand wave, a "be right with you", or something similar if they have drive-through traffic. I get it; I'm not trying to jump the line and will wait my turn. But, if you ignore me, I will go away. And, I did. Really unusual experience for me at Dutch Bros, because they are always engaging and interactive.
