I was so grateful for KENZIE today! I accidentally placed my pick order for my usual spot since I live on that side of town. I was so distracted and was too excited to get these new flavors for me and some family members! I was freaking out internally and hate being “that customer”, but Kenzie was so helpful, just needed to provide my order number and had my drinks made! Kenzie went the extra mile and is so wonderful! Love Dutch Bros!!! 💙💙💙

Every experience I've had here has been great! Everyone is very nice, they have good recommendations and the drinks have always been *chef's kiss*. I only come here because the whole thing is reliably good.

this place is INSANE(ly good) man oh man i remember it like it was yesterday… my amazing lovely OUTSTANDING 5 STAR server Veronica or as you may know her as veronicuh ??? she was the BEST man it was life changing, the most amazing service I’ve ever had. she saved my life that day ?? i went home with a positive mindset & a new outlook at life. Give that girl a RAISE
